Every single person in there had amazing energy, checked on us, just really impeccable service. So impressed. “Our office ordered 8 different orders from the Midlothian location via the Five Guys website. Was told that the order would be ready in 10-15 minutes. I was greeted the moment I walked in and they were putting the finishing touches on our order. The lady that was finalizing our order was very nice and made sure that everything we had ordered was in the bag. Once I got to the office, everything was in the order in which we ordered on the website by their number sticker system. It was perfect and I was able to get everyone their lunches without any problems. Every single one of our orders were exactly how we had asked for them to be made. It is great to see the ladies that were working on 5/01/24 during lunch rush make sure that our order was complete and that we had everything we needed (ketchup, napkins, etc). I recommend Five Guys (especially this location) to anyone that want a good tasting burger! Thank you, Five Guys, for making our lunch meeting a successful one.“

“First time eating there with the family. Wanted to give a huge shout out to the whole team. The A/C was out but still managed to be patient with me while I ordered the food with my two kids. Bree was at the register and was patient the whole time. I know they were suffering with no A/C and were visibly hot, but they were amazing and fighting through it. Thank you!“
