Never one to write reviews, especially bad ones. I’ve been in the restaurant business for 20 years and am an owner of a popular restaurant in Midlothian selling similar items like burgers and fries. To me serving someone the type of food I just got should have the place shut down. I ordered a simple order for delivery. From order to my door it took 15 minutes. Very fast. The fries I received defy explanation. In the business for so long, I’m not sure how you get a fry to taste like this. These were not fries that were in a car for maybe a few minutes and are simply cold. This pile of greasy rubber goes down as officially the worst fry I’ve ever had. It’s like they were cooked yesterday, sat out for a few hours, put in a refrigerator overnight, microwaved and sat under a heat lamp for another few hours. Hopefully this reaches the ownership and they’re able to make corrections. I would want to know if my employees were serving stale garbage to customers. Everyone already knows the product is way overpriced. At least they could serve food that was prepared and served correctly.

Fry's were aweful.onions fell off burger cause they are chopped.sliced in rings is correct.burger was so so and WAY to expensive.service was lame. Will never ever go again.sucked.

This is my go to Five Guys location. The staff here is always incredibly nice, they get my food right, and I never run into issues. If you need your Five Guys fix, I suggest here.

Service was incredibly slow despite not being busy and upon returning home with our food we discovered every item was incorrect. Not even remotely close to what we ordered.
I haven't been to Five Guys for awhile but I think they are using a cheaper quality of meat. It is very grainy. Something seems like it is maybe a tuffer meat cut with more grizzle or something.

This is now the SECOND time in 2 weeks this store has messed up a simple order for 2 people. Missing cheese, onions, and added extra lettuce for some odd reason. You already charge a fortune for the food, at least make it right.

My burger was nice hot and juicy. LOVE FIVE GUYS!Vegetarian options: Rhey actually have a Veggie sandwich that's really good and I'm not a vegetarian.Parking: Parking location is right in front or on the side.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, they do have a kids menu.

Great customer service from Mr. James who went above and beyond today. Great conversation while waiting for my order and they even helped me carry my order of drinks to the car. Food was hot and delicious. This is what it’s all about…great food, great customer service and genuinely kind people. Kudos!
