I’m sorry, but I just can’t come here anymore. Even with no customers inside or at the drive-through, I am consistently asked to pull ahead after paying for my food. You would think they asked me to wait because they were making fresh food. Definitely not the case. The burger I got today was the last straw. The bun was chewy and burnt at the same time. The ketchup tasted like barbecue sauce and there was way too much of it. The two beef patties were crispy on the edges and dry on the inside. My Sprite even tasted like cardboard.I have given this location several chances, hoping that a staff change had occurred and it improved. I will not try it again.

Service here is horrible. Spent 15 minutes waiting in the drive thru line with only 2 cars in front of me. Then another 15 to 20 minutes waiting in the parking lot for my food. All I ordered was 2 biscuits and gravy, 3 hashbrowns and a sandwich. They charged me for 3 hashbrowns but I only got one after waiting all that time. The employee's here don't seem to care about customer service, speed or accuracy. Been to this location multiple times in the past and service is always bad. Will never be coming back to this location.

I only go here for the chicken tenders. 9 out of 10 times, they'll ask you to wait. If they do ask you to wait, guaranteed hot and juicy chicken tenders. Personally, I think it's worth the wait. ?

I love this Hardee's. Although it's rarely busy, it's a great stop for breakfast, lunch or dinner.The staff are always top notch nice and make you feel like they appreciate your business. The other fast food restaurants could take some tips from these folks!

I ordered a chicken Biscuit combo. When I arrived at my job 10 minutes later and pulled out the Biscuit it appeared to be left over from previous day. The coating was a very dark brown and the other side had black specs of old burnt grease, potatoes were extremely cold. I immediately called the restaurant and I spoke with manager who did apologize and told me to bring the food back for exchange or refund
