Had an order delivered by door dash. Half the food was missing. Hooters blamed it on the driver. Unreal.

Great wings, cold beer, sports on the television. Not to mention cute girls. I’m not sure what the marketing team is doing at Hooters, but it should be the number one destination in America. If you’re looking for a new CEO, please leave your 800 number. This is a better Hooters with fantastic service. Excellent food. Thumbs up.

Plenty of TVs to watch sports , cold beer and hot wings.
The wings were pretty good. Wish they were fried just a little bit harder. The sweet tea was amazing!! The drinks are one size tho. Other than that, this place is pretty legit. Check them out, they're pretty clean too.

Went last night to watch the College National Championship. Since I was alone , I sat at the bar. The bartender Hunter is the most rude , arrogant condescending unprofessional person. She has no business being in the service industry. Extremely negative and bullies her co workers.

This is a great location! I always love the food at this chain. But it's all about the service as sadly these places are understaffed and sometimes there is just isn't enough waitress to serve everyone quickly. I don't know how they did it but even on a busy game NFL ticket Sunday my waitress no kidding was able to check on me over 5 times refill drinks and give me extra ketchup etc as needed. On this day the staff was on fire. In my opinion the other hooters in Richmond area need to train here and see how it's down. Only the Woodbridge location comes close to this level of service and attendance and I try to go to every hooters

Hooters @ Midlothian is a great restaurant! Ness is a terrific server, my food is cooked thoroughly & promptly, & the quality of service has improved vastly since Mr. Jamie Kouri took over as the general manager earlier this year!
