Came in to dinner with wife and family. Food came out slow and cold. Place was empty and manager on duty came up with a bunch of excuses. I go to hooters a lot. Normally Chester but tried here today. Big mistake. Not Happy!! I work in customer service. And this is not good. At all. Make it make

The wings here are excellent. Gia was our waitress. She was really friendly. The last two times we had Eve and Brittany they were both very good as well very friendly as well. This Hooters location blows the Chester location out of the water. The bathroom here is really clean and the wings were outstanding. The location in Chester the bathroom didn't look very clean. I would definitely recommend this Hooters if you want some excellent wings food and service. The price was lower but that was because of the Wednesday Wing sale. I can't figure out how to add a picture on hereBut the picture would really show how good the wings are here.

Went here with my boyfriend. Terrible service even worse than the food. Waited about 30 minutes for the check. The server took better care of a single man with a beer than she did us. We didn’t drink or anything ordered a small 6 piece wings and a half pound of steamed shrimp waited 30 minutes for that. She hardly checked on us. There was maybe 2 other tables there with us. Never going back, you should just close the doors now.

Honestly the worst service and food I’ve ever had. We had come in for dinner not expecting to wait for over 30 minutes just to be able to ask for the check so we could leave. The food honestly was nothing special the wing sauce was extremely watery and the service was extremely slow despite only having two other groups in the restaurant when we arrived if I could give 0 stars I would. I would never recommend this place to anyone nor will I be coming back.

We just stopped by today for a few beers. It was crowded because everybody was here to watch "the game." So we considered ourselves lucky to find two open seats at the bar. First thing I noticed today is the temperature inside...it's about 70 outside so I don't know if there's heat on or just no a/c bit it's warm in here with the crowd. We don't have high expectations because after all, it IS Hooters. It took a while to get the one bartender here to wait on us, but she was friendly and doing her best (compared to some of the other girls). The beer was not great...all the kegs are putting out foam so we waited probably 15 minutes for our first pitcher...the bartender advised that the Miller Lite wasn't tasting good so we opted (reluctantly) for Bud Light which was tasting FLAT. After asking if ANY taps were dispensing properly we opted for Coors Light which was ok. The keg area is apparently too warm so the kegs aren't up to par. There was a server taking up a seat at the bar with her food and phone. She wasn't there the majority of the time but the staff should NOT be taking up customer seats EVER in my opinion. They should have a break room which they apparently don't have. All things considered, the staff was friendly and relatively attentive. The bathrooms are in pretty good shape. Some updating would help....overall still a good place to come fora beer and a game, but don't expect any greatness unless you're male and good looking (and not with a female companion)

This hooters use to be the best in the RVA AREA has totally went downhill waited 5 minutes to be seated the 10 more minutes to ask for drinks and appetizers then get cut off assuming everyone is to busy hanging out together after waiting 25 minutes finally get to place an order after getting it wings are wrong but after waiting for 45 plus minutes I didn't complain will not be returning to this location again ever since Covid hit this place downgraded and I'm not one to complain ever but this is bullshit wish I didn't have to leave a star they don't deserve it
