I placed an order at 1:39. They told me in an email. It would be ready by 2:09. When I arrived at 2:05 they told me it was going to be another 15 minutes. "I'm sorry we're really slammed today because it's the first day of NFL games." As if no one knew a sports bar would be slammed today? Perhaps you need to change your software to schedule for longer than a 30 minute turnaround on a pick up order on a long awaited first day of football.
