Will is such a charismatic & personable server. His great energy and personality is sure to light up anyone’s day to anyone who sits in his section. He’s taken care of my family the past 2 years we’ve done our annual family meet up. The food is always delicious. I got one of the egg benedict’s and it was sooo savory 😋 Love how he took the initiative in getting the kids food in first so they could eat right away!! Thank you, Will!! 💕

We placed an order thru GrubHub a week ago and the food was amazing. That prompted us to place another order on Sunday night. One of the orders was so gross, it was couldn't even be finished. The steak in the steak omelet had so much fat, it made the omelet almost inedible. They forgot the avocado, but charged us for it. We had also gotten the NY cheesecake pancakes to go with it. They sent us blueberry cream cheese instead. When we called the restaurant and asked for a refund just on the one part of the order that was messed up, we were told the GM was going to give us a call back. We have yet to hear from them. As sad as this makes me because IHOP has always been one of my favorite breakfast places, we will not be going back. The lack of attention to detail and customer service is not acceptable. The cooks and expediters need some retraining.

The music was very loud and my mother wears hearing aids and she was afraid it would be so loud she couldn't have a conversation. The hostess was very nice and asked a waitress (possibly the manager, but I hope not) and that waitress was very rude and said something like, "well that is just how it is here" real ugly. I said if that is the attitude then they lost a customer, but the hostess found us a table where the music wasn't so loud. Our waiter, Brian was very nice and patient. I am glad that rude one wasn't our waitress or we would have left.

Our waitress was very good and attentive. The breakfast was big and filling. Place was packed. Got the breakfast sampler. Lot of food.
I know everyone thinks of IHOP as a breakfast place, BUT IT'S SO MUCH MORE! I go there for dinner in the evening and they have a large selection of dishes on there lunch/dinner menu, all of which are delicious. And you can't get breakfast ALL DAY. And who wouldn't want a stack of pancakes with their dinner! Am, I right!?! So, give it a shot as a lunch/dinner place. You'll not be disappointed.

Service extremely slow, waitress never came back to check on us. Had to go get sweetener off of another table
I walked to ask if they had good under 3 dollars because I'm currently homeless and have been looking for a decent job. the employee at the front bought me food with her own money. pancakes and hash browns. 10/10 meal. she had also given me an application for a job and a drink. I didn't catch her name, but I appreciated her for getting me food it meant a lot considering my situation. there aren't many good people like that anymore. good deed of the day goes to you IHOP employee. I will definitely be going back even if I get a job somewhere else.
