I tried the gluten free pancake breakfast and it was very yummy. I'm always cautious with gluten free since it can be dry but they weren't at all. Highly recommend for those with Celiac.

Had a new waitress. When food was brought out, she stated my toast would be right out. Never got the toast. I watched 1 couple get up & walk out, they were there when I got there & never Got their food. Very slow getting my food.

What changed? We came 2 weeks ago, and servers seemed much happier to be there. I went with my employer, who has never once yelled at me, so to hear the servers being yelled at was shocking. My employer worked here once and said that the owner of Hull St Pancakes would be appalled if he knew how the servers and cooks were being talked to. Food was good and service was great but that manager ruined the experience. I'll stick with first watch.

It was pretty bad. Cold pancakes, lukewarm coffee, eggs overcooked. Waitress inattentive. When I complained to the manager she got an attitude. Very unprofessional of her. She rang the total up and walked away. Needs a new manager.
