Jersey Mike's Subs

I was talked into trying the hot Italian. It was absolutely awful. None of the good flavor I have come to know and love. Stick with what you know! 🤢

I got to the store about 8 minutes before they closed. There were customers still in the store and we went to the counter to place our order. We were told that the grill was closed, but we wanted cold subs anyway so we placed our order. From that moment on, this was the rudest staff I have ever witnessed at Jersey Mike's. They seem extremely irritated that we were there and they were shoving our sandwiches as they were being prepared. I tipped them because I believe in making sure wait staff feel appreciated, but at the end, we had ask for a bag and the associate did not even put our sandwiches in the bag. In the end, we did not feel appreciated aa cuatomers. This is not an experience I am used to. I am a Jersey Mike's reward member and this service was horrible. This took place on 11/1/25, 8:52 pm.

Pass on the sub in a bowl. The bowl is so flimsy I dropped half of my food on the floor trying to get it out of the bag. Subs are great though!

The server was new and was being trained. He was slow and put a lot of oil and vinegar on our sandwich to the point of it being too much.

I agree with other reviewers...hate to say it, but this location is consistently skimpy on their meat...I'll travel down to the mall location from now on.

Amazing team, atmosphere, and even better food. I go here multiple times a week, it’s always consistent and amazing food! Bread is incredibly fresh and made daily! Shoutout Jersey Mikes Midlo!

Horrible service. Horrible attitude. I had to wait extra 25 minutes for a doordash order. When I remind that I got the bag thrown to me. Stole my and customers time. I don’t recommend ordering from there…

I orderd 4 sandwiches online, when I picked them up and got home. I opened them to find that it looked like they where made by dogs, one had no lettuce, seasoning or nothing, the others were smothered in mayo. Whom ever made those sandwichess should be fired. I will be coming to the store today for a refund.

For years we have gotten take out from this location. Due to the distance home, we get the bread on the side so we don’t have soggy sandwiches when we get home. However, now they have a new policy that I have to pay extra to do that? Will not be returning. Sad

This Jersey mikes is usually pretty good, but since I ordered online I got screwed. I literally got one piece of turkey and one piece of cheese on bread for 10 bucks. Really disappointed
