I just had the worst sub I've ever eaten from Jersey Mike's. The meat on sub was scorched and the bread was tough. So disappointing.

Always like Jersey Mike's, this location is great. Friendly service and one gets to look out over some water and a fountain while eating. Peaceful!

The worse Jersey Mike's in a great location the girl picked her nose and put her gloves on like I was going to let her make my food. Just SAD not a friendly place never going there again, and the staff sucks

Its an odd location tucked away in the corner. Almost didn’t even see it. Food was standard with what to expect with this sub chain. I recommend

Worst place to go to. Cross contamination, nobody changed gloves, all tables dirty, only trash can was overflowing. My bread was handled by at least 3 different people who NEVER changed their gloves. I asked 1 lady to change her gloves then she put my sandwich on the dirty counters. Asked for a manager but None was there! I will be contacting Avery Hancock (mgr) soon. This brand new restaurant is not gonna be open for long. If u don't believe me, go there and see for yourself. All teenage boys there w/1 girl. Long hair on guys leaning over food. Do better!

Hiring employees who care enough to represent your business and themselves professionally can be a neat trick these days, but if you don't have who you need, keep trying - it is not unimportant. Most employees during my visit were much more interested in socializing with each other (one with profanity) than working. Of the six tables in the dining area, one was occupied and four others needed cleaning; I got the last/only clean table. The young lady who took my order had an "I hate this job" tone and attitude.

Sub was tasty, but there are plenty of options for that in Midlo. This Jersey Mike's is worth skipping.

Great location with water view,a Jersey mikes sub in hand — creates a nice atmosphere.
However the service missed; the labor market is hard. With that said, I expected more here.

I was next in line, when I see a mobile order for 6 subs in front of me in line (the ones with the order receipt on top of the lead bread), with 6 in store orders waiting to be ordered behind me (2 mobiles orders in front of them, after me).

2 employees (1 wearing sunglasses) with idle hands behind the register. It was odd considering there was an entire fresh prep board with toppings behind them waiting to be used.

Subs are always fresh, this location is premier, store always in clean condition— just expected more from service. Have to push, speak their language, it is tough to lead— now more than ever.
