Food was awful today, had to throw my sandwich away after I got home with it. Dry and poorly made.

Ordered a large cheesesteak with onion and peppers and it had zero onions or peppers and was literally a loaf of bread with minimal steak and cheese. For $17 was a complete rip off. I will never order from this store or Jersey Mike’s again, disappointing is an understatement.

Didn’t not serve it on the right bread. Order rosemary parm and got regular. Cookie was inedible due to hardness. No jalapeños on sandwich like requested

The Restaurant was very clean, the Cheese steaks were excellent. My family really enjoyed the food. The staff was friendly too which is a plus in today's times. We will be coming back. Keep up the good work Jersey Mike's.👍👍

I love jersey Mike's. Its a problem. I dont like that when I order door dash and I add hot honey they NEVER send it. And my sandwich always looks sad. But going in person is so much better, its sad its almost like they dont care about the quality unless ur in front of them. But either way ill be back but dont plan on ordering them on door dash again

This is the third time I ordered a chicken bowl salad. The first time was great and picture perfect to the commercial. The second time was skimpy on the chicken, but it still tasted good. Today it was horrible. It was a mess, random chicken pieces, and no cheese. There was way too much pepper and vinegar.
When I ordered they had no idea what I was ordering. If it was my first time I would never come back.

Place is so inconsistent, thanks for the day old bread on our sub. Stale bread but that’s what ruined everything.

I'm traveling for work and stopped for a chicken Big Kahuna. When I got back to my room, I immediately noticed it was steak. (I should've checked!) I called the shop and I believe it was the manager who offered to make it right. I went back to get the correct sandwich which was ready to go, and pretty good once I ate it. The kid in the back cooking is either having a bad day, or has a poor attitude and management might want to consider limiting his interactions with customers.

Ordered a Turkey sandwich on the App and asked under the customization if I could get the Turkey heated up on the flat top, melt the cheese, and toast the bread. When I picked it up the sandwich was warm so I knew they did it. Was an awesome sandwich! This is my go to Hoagie Shop every time! Keep up the good work!

I enjoy the sandwiches, but today was disappointing. I order and the guy pulls out a scab of roast beef about a half an inch thick and shears off these little pieces, probably about half what’s normal, chucks and chucks the dab in the trash. I figure he’s gonna pull out a fresh roast beef to make up the difference. That did t happen. I say politely, there’s not much roast beef on the sandwich. There’s usually more. He’s like what sandwich? And pushes the “the sandwich” down the line and walks away. The sandwiches are not inexpensive and of course they prompt you with how much of a tip to leave before purchasing. Anyway, I didn’t want to get into childish games of “what sandwich” and just walked out the door. It’s not the first time I’ve caught this kind of vibe and I don’t leave reviews often, but was looking forward to a good sandwich and thought mgmt might want to be aware. The sandwiches are good most of the time. Though the tuna can have more on it too. It disappears in the bread.

They'll put bacon on your sandwich so hard you can't chew it
