My father-in-law got me the #9 Club Supreme while he was there getting himself a sub. Roast beef with some turkey sounded good. Unfortunately, when he brought the sub home, it was nothing like that. There was no mayo on the sub, just a ton of oil, pepper and lettuce. There was some turkey on the sub but no roast beef. I know he got the #9 because it was written on the bag. I told my father-in-law and he said he got the sub exactly how it’s written on the menu and it’s the most expensive sub. He did tell me the kid working was rushing to make the subs. Apparently this store does not care about what they make, just push out as many poor quality subs as possible.

The lettuce was old at first yhen they brought out more that was fresh but it was wet who wants wet lettuce on there sub I’ve only eaten a small part and I want to bring it back for something better it is HORRIBLE I CANT BELIEVE YOU DONT WASH THE LETTUCE ONE DAY AND CUT IT THE NEXT DAY AFTER IT

Just go to another one. They constantly screw up orders, they let food sit out, they don't know how to handle extra meat orders.

Never a great experience when I come. Customer servise is sub par at best. The guy working the grill works with no hair net and thick blonde hair. Gets an attitude when the front guys ask him for something. I wanted my bread only toasted today, and Grill Giy literally made me wait 17 minutes (I checked my watch frequently) then when I got my bread it had a mixture of mayo and black mystery residue. When I asked about it, I was told that's how it looks toasted. So many more comments but not worth the time it would take to type. Definitely lost a loyal customer.
