I'm traveling for work and stopped for a chicken Big Kahuna. When I got back to my room, I immediately noticed it was steak. (I should've checked!) I called the shop and I believe it was the manager who offered to make it right. I went back to get the correct sandwich which was ready to go, and pretty good once I ate it. Ordered a Turkey sandwich on the App and asked under the customization if I could get the Turkey heated up on the flat top, melt the cheese, and toast the bread. When I picked it up the sandwich was warm so I knew they did it. Was an awesome sandwich! This is my go to Hoagie Shop every time! Keep up the good work!

My sandwich was perfect. I thoroughly enjoyed my food and experience in this location. Friendly staff, excellent customer service. I didn't dine in, so I can't say a lot about the atmosphere. The dining area looked clean and maintained.
