I love jersey Mike's. Its a problem. I dont like that when I order door dash and I add hot honey they NEVER send it. And my sandwich always looks sad. But going in person is so much better, its sad its almost like they dont care about the quality unless ur in front of them. But either way ill be back but dont plan on ordering them on door dash again

I'm traveling for work and stopped for a chicken Big Kahuna. When I got back to my room, I immediately noticed it was steak. (I should've checked!) I called the shop and I believe it was the manager who offered to make it right. I went back to get the correct sandwich which was ready to go, and pretty good once I ate it. Ordered a Turkey sandwich on the App and asked under the customization if I could get the Turkey heated up on the flat top, melt the cheese, and toast the bread. When I picked it up the sandwich was warm so I knew they did it. Was an awesome sandwich! This is my go to Hoagie Shop every time! Keep up the good work!
