Food is always great but this is the 2nd time from this location I have ordered delivery and they have outsourced it to UBER, it has been over an hour and I still don't have the food. Fresh subs are only good if it's freaky fast.

Been coming here since they opened and have met just about every manager and countless memorable crew members and just can't get enough of this place. The only times I have an issue (which i can count on my hand) is when they're super short staffed and/or just crazy busy. WE LOVE these guys, and they're all really understanding and caring and will try their best to take great care of you!!!

This was my first time eating at Jimmy John’s. I was sure what to order but decided on the Italian. It was made pretty fast. The service was kinda bland. The sandwich was ok, tastes like what I’d make at home. I guess I was hoping to be WOWED. I’d definitely be open to trying something different but maybe at another location.

I came in last week with my daughter. I believe the guy who made our food was named dylan. He was super friendly and answered all our questions with no problems even though we were coming in close to closing time! One of the things we asked about was the jalapeño chips, if they were too spicy? He gave his opinion that they were not too, and it seemed to be very accurate for us! The store was very clean and my daughters sandwich was just the way she ordered it! Thank you for the great experience and her dinner on the run after a night of shopping!
Got a Roast Beef sub bottom of bread hard as a rock stopped going to hull st JJ for same reason won't be going back to any again will stick with Jersey Mike's

This Jimmy John's is the cleanest and most efficient one by far. Before starting the sandwiches they washed their hands the donned new gloves. Everything was fresh and tasty. I loved it. I will definitely be back.
