I order 8 piece chicken and biscuits got home 1 breast 2 legs 3 thighs and 2 wings. I order original recipe and received mixed and the crispy was to hard to eat. Oh and I also order fries which was the only thing that was good. What a waste of 33. So disappointed I live close used to be my go to . Will not worry about going back.

Very disappointed. Went to place an order for my 5 year son. He requested KFC as a part of his birthday dinner. We were told that they were no longer taking orders because they were short staffed despite the inside being empty and no cars in the drive thru.

Great experience. Ordered 1/5/2025, pick-up, 10:35ish, using the KFC Mobile App. I arrived and went through the drive-thru, and the young lady at the window was super nice, professional, and efficient.
The chicken was not quite ready but within a few minutes the young lady delivered it to my SUV. The chicken was freshly cooked and all the napkins and condiments accompanied; I did not have to ask for a thing. Now, this is how it is done.

Never coming here again. I pick up from here about once or twice a year and every time despite ordering ahead of time, I'm having to wait 30+minutes in the store. Tonight we ordered ahead of time, it was supposed to be ready 20 minutes before we arrived, but when I arrived, they told me they redistributed the food to other meals and were just starting to cook a new batch of chicken. I'm done with this place.

Their chicken & coleslaw were excellent, as usual. Adequate parking, handicap friendly, handicap friendly, and very clean. Unfortunately, the lady at the drive through was brusque and not friendly. Didn’t even respond when I said “thank you” after getting my food.

They never have enough extra crispy chicken cooked. Otherwise the food was good.
The service is very bad in this place and they blatantly stole my money because I ordered two combos and they didn't give me the sides or soda anything, just the chicken. Very bad experience
20 minutes waiting in the parking lot after ordering my food from the drive thru and no food. I suspect they gave my order to the car behind me and just forgot about me. This isn't the first time this has happened at this exact KFC. But its the last time I'm making this mistake. I just left and within 3 minutes had food paid for and on my way home from Popeyes.

Haven’t been here in a while and thought I would give them a shot. It was 6pm on a Friday and I was promptly greeted by the Manager was she was very friendly. Got the 12 piece family meal and I was out the door at 6:06. Food was fresh, the dine-in area was clean and everyone was hustling to get orders out. No complaints.
