Never coming here again. I pick up from here about once or twice a year and every time despite ordering ahead of time, I'm having to wait 30+minutes in the store. Tonight we ordered ahead of time, it was supposed to be ready 20 minutes before we arrived, but when I arrived, they told me they redistributed the food to other meals and were just starting to cook a new batch of chicken. I'm done with this place.

Their chicken & coleslaw were excellent, as usual. Adequate parking, handicap friendly, handicap friendly, and very clean. Unfortunately, the lady at the drive through was brusque and not friendly. Didn’t even respond when I said “thank you” after getting my food.

The service is very bad in this place and they blatantly stole my money because I ordered two combos and they didn't give me the sides or soda anything, just the chicken. Very bad experience

Great fried Chicken able to drive up to get a quick meal
20 minutes waiting in the parking lot after ordering my food from the drive thru and no food. I suspect they gave my order to the car behind me and just forgot about me. This isn't the first time this has happened at this exact KFC. But its the last time I'm making this mistake. I just left and within 3 minutes had food paid for and on my way home from Popeyes.

Haven’t been here in a while and thought I would give them a shot. It was 6pm on a Friday and I was promptly greeted by the Manager was she was very friendly. Got the 12 piece family meal and I was out the door at 6:06. Food was fresh, the dine-in area was clean and everyone was hustling to get orders out. No complaints.
Bought only 1 item and they still got it wrong. Ordered a plain chicken sandwich and they put mayo and pickles on it. Always get terrible, rude service at this location. There were no other cars in parking lot or drive thru and we still had to wait when we went through drive thru. Don't even waste your time going to this KFC, you've been warned!

I don’t think my review will change something But i have 2 order one is not ready the second was not correct and when i asked , it looks like they didn’t like my question and let me wait for no reason at all since we are waiting At this moment i decided to leave in peace way Because we can not trust in people are not on good mode to prepare the food By the way that is not the first time but today i decided to review and will not go to this branch anymore The midlothian branch much more better so drive few miles it deserved
