Sat September 20th. Arrived at 8:30 pm. Was told they didn't have enough chicken for a 8 piece. Only 3 piece. Did not offer to drop chicken for me. No green beans. Asked for mash potato's and coleslaw. Drove all the way home. No mash potato's in the bag. And one of the pieces has been sitting under the heat lamp for hours. Yall don't close till 11pm. Why??? Im very disappointed đ

Sometimes chicken is good then other times really mashed up hi good evening I just purchased KFC at hull Street it was really nasty I dumped the chicken and the biscuits every thing was hard and dry and also tasted stale Prices went and quality went way way down that's it for me disgusting the family meal cost $25.00 dollars and we never got to eat it I hope they read their reviews and also the manager should pay attention to the food they are giving people fed up really disappointed guys be aware

This location is a mess. I ordered a 3-piece extra crispy, had to repeat it three times, and they still got it wrong (now Im starting to think it may have been on purpose). Told itâd take 30 minutes for chicken too cook. I told the cashier I would wait, she laughed like it was a joke. Got to the window â two employees just staring at me in disbelief that I wanted to wait and they would actually have to fry chicken â and when I questioned the wait time, the girl got attitude. As I pulled off, she leaned out the window and sarcastically told me to âhave a good day.â Employees hanging out in the parking lot and out the drive thru window, slow lines, wrong orders, no professionalism. Go to Popeyes or Bojangles down the street. KFC, do better.

My review is strictly about the honey bbq wings they brought back!!! this is the probably the only item I will buy from here but 10/10. They were hot crispy and dripping in sauce!!!
Also, one of the only fast food places that Has pepsi products! The pepsi is soooo strong & taste so good if you are craving one. Trust me wonât disappoint

This location is usually hit or miss when it comes to availability of items. Came in this morning and waited almost an hour for crispy chicken. Quite unfortunate. They did my sides when I ordered and had them sitting out the whole time. When I asked for a fresh Cole slaw, the woman with the missing tooth said, âsure, Iâll give you an extra oneâ. So, I didnât want an extra one, just one that hadnât been sitting out for an hour. I was told a 20 minute wait originally, mind you. On top of all of that, the woman who worked there felt the need to have a therapy session and discuss her past trauma which was uncomfortable and inappropriate. Wow!!!

The manager was really personable and kind, and he and the team members provided exceptional service, with a great demeanor and pleasant attitude. In a time where competitors refuse to offer all dark meat on a family pack, these folks happily honored my request. Granted, I hate to wait 15 minutes for them to drop more chicken, but thatâs expected. While I need to enjoy chicken in moderation, I think KFC just earned a loyal customer. Thank you!!

This was the worst experience I have ever seen and it was extremely pathetic. When I ordered on the mobile app I got a chicken sandwich, but when I got there I was in for a shocking surprise because when I got to the counter they told me the news that they had not made my order because they were out of every single ingredient used to make a chicken sandwich so they offered to get us something instead so I asked for chicken strips but they told me that they were out of that to, so then I jokingly asked what they did have and the only thing that they had in stock was chicken legs so I asked if I could cancel my order and they said sure and when I couldnât figure it out all she did was Google it but there was no option to cancel so she gave us 3 chicken legs and some mashed potatoes that werenât even good.

Placed an order through door dash and holy crap i should have just gone to the store. Staff made my guy wait 15 minutes on top of the fact they forgot 3 quarters of my order and just THREW the coleslaw all over the place and it leaked and got everything wet with coleslaw juice. Im coming over there as we speak I want my food or my money back kthnx.
My experience was they had no chicken available at 5:00 dinner time maybe it's me but all they sell is chicken right sad

Sat at the window for 20 minutes before one employee finally had the courtesy to come tell me I needed to cancel my order cuz they didnât have the food. I just moved in five minutes away and I wonât be back. Kitchen looked pretty gross and if thatâs what theyâre showing the customer I canât imagine whatâs going on behind the scenes. Itâs 10 and everything is closed. No dinner for me or mom tonight, I suppose! Bunch of Kentucky fried BS
