Yesterday it rained very hard, kfc had their drive through flooded out , no one inside working noticed how high the water was ? I waited patiently then was served the older lady was different placed my order on the side while she tried to multitask , while the line grew, I asked for my receipt she replied oh someone took your receipt. I won’t ever come here again when any company makes a customer feels uncomfortable, not worth the it to me.

I had requested a mixture of Extra Crispy and Original Recipe chicken, but only received Original. Sides were: Cole slaw (ALWAYS good!), Green beans (always tasty!), Macaroni and cheese (tasty, but had something mixed in -- maybe thinly sliced mushrooms, or ??! ?) [I am not yet certain whether I will buy food here again.

I've not been to this store yet and them get my order correct? They got it wrong literally in front of me twice. This last time I'm missing exactly half of my food and I made it to my house which is 30 minutes away. Needless to say, this will be the absolute last time I ever go to this KFC. If you buy anything here, check it at the counter before you leave even if you're sitting in the restaurant.

Poor customer service served me a burnt potpie and is always out of wings. The chicken is always old and stale and you have to take it back to request fresh items. After my 3rd issue here I stopped going.

Just went through the drive through.. ordered and paid for 1-2pc all white meal and 1-3pc all white meal.. received 2- 2pc meals.. tried calling.several times, but no answer.

I don't like doing this type of thing but I am outraged by the two times I have had to go shopping there. I am a Hispanic person. It is very difficult for me to communicate in English and there is a boy who is so rude just because he doesn't know my English very well, he treats me badly. He thinks that just because I don't know how to speak English, I don't understand what he's saying to me. I see his fury and stress in serving me. He almost threw my food at me. Unfortunately, this has happened to me now and his classmates just look at him and how bad he is. I like this food but they should stop. Have patience and respect because we deserve everything we are all equal

Hmmmm! Should have checked Yelp before trying to eat here! We came here on Nov 1st while traveling thru the area! It is in a strip with a Taco Bell and a McDonalds. We wanted to go to KFC because it had been years! Since we had gone to one! And my husband wanted to try it after so long...The doors were locked! Even though it was 11:30 and they should have been open, according to their website AND the signs posted on the door-We went all around to each door. We could see the staff inside but the doors remained locked to customers.We noticed that there were 4 cars in the parking lot-so who knows?!We concluded that either this was a mistake and the staff did not want to open(which we would probably get terrible service! And did not trust the food) -or-Some type of mechanical or sewage problem-the staff was cleared there?! So we will never know!We could not eat there because of this situation... so one star!? Because we could have/would have LIKED to eat there, but still don't know what was going on that day-or maybe every day?!
I went there to try the new nuggets. They were salty. The original seasoning overpowers the small nugget pieces. I like salt, but it was almost too much for me. Glad I got a drink with it.

I would take a picture but it’s gross and it’s in the trash. Today I found a long piece of hair in my famous bowl and as I was eating it half way done I felt something in my mouth and pulled out a strand of hair from my mouth. It was black and curly.

i know this place gets booed alot, but... i been recovering from a prostate infection and my apetite is zero due to antibiotics. so i thought i could eat some kfc. got a 12 piece bucket meal . sunday at 1145. stupid quick service. chicken was so good it made me tear. the green beans and potatos were amazing. and dude those biscuits, so fine. ive always said kfc is the best chicken in the world. it is. plus i did not feel nauseated after i ate it.

Ask for a receipt and check it before you drive off! I was charged double for an 8pc bucket. Had no receipt to prove it, but my credit card was charged $24.57 for a $10 bucket of sad greasy chicken.

Drive through person had someone standing in front of the window talking. Another staff member had to take our order! The food was terrible! Cold chicken with no skin. She filled the soda cup to the brim with ice. Didn't put a spoon or fork in the bag. She was too preoccupied with gossiping to do her job!
