IF YOU PLACE A PICK UP ORDER!!** Look through your items to make sure nothing is expired or rotten. This location has given me bad food, wrong food, and just totally forgot to give me part of my order the last 6 out of 7 times. YOU NEED TO CHECK THE DATES SO YOU DONT GET SICK LIKE I DID. The customer service has always been good tho. They just have a lot of employees who don't care or aren't paying attention. They have always made things right but I as a handicapped person have been exhausted having to go back and forth to the store because they can't use common sense. If you use this location just go into the store. Your stomach and butthole will thank you.

No way to eat lunch here, even though they have a sit-down area.No utensils, no napkins, no microwave. I ended up eating cold meatloaf with my fingers. The Starbucks inside also has no food. This store is good for groceries, but eat somewhere else first.

The deli department is amazing. I love their program where they take my order and I can finish my shopping. It helps me in the long run from having to wait. My only problem is one employee in Starbucks and in bakery. I tend to avoid getting anything from those departments when I see them. This is one of my favorite stores to shop at.

Deli worker so rude he told me to get the f*** out of his store, I was concerned about Bearded man, who stalked Montage, olive oil store and wood iron, he is. It allowed, when I told man at deli, he said he was his fiend, this man came to montage and asked for a dress to hide a gun, your deli dude judgement very warped, he told me to get the f*** out of his store, I highly think he works for wage not ownership

Unbelievably rude. I was not around at the time. My mother in law was shopping over the weekend with her sister. My mother in law is also not very fluent in English. The manager at this location was incredibly disrespectful, belittling her from using as many coupons as she was. Everyone has heard of couponing, how it saves you money and can provide a source of small income for some people. Nothing wrong with it at all. My mother in law provides toiletries to majority of the family as well. So when she is yelled at from across the checkout aisle and a scene is made by the manager, "for using too many coupons to buy soap" and "you're not supposed to use this many coupons ". Of all people who should have the upmost respect and professionalism within the store. This will not be thrown under the rug.

Have you grocery shoppers taken into consideration why stores such as Aldi and Lidils' prices have not increased anywhere near the increases seen at Kroger/Food lion/Publix/Wegman's ???? Could it be that these more recognizable grocer's are screwing you to the wall taking full advantage of a crisis and increasing your food bill in excess of 20%. Sure you may not have access to the wide variety of over stuffed shelves of more brands one could ever use. Remember the words of O'Bastards Rhom Emanuel, "never let a crisis go to waste", well that's what these greedy grocery capitalists are doing to your food budget. Start protesting at your big grocery stores and tell their management your ready to shop elsewhere if they don't start listening to you ! Oh, and by the way Walmart your every bit in this as the previously mentioned places. THE ONLY WAY TO STOP THIS INSANITY IS TO STOP SHOPPING AT THESE FOOD RAPESTS. !!!!

This is my go to grocery store because it's next to my kids school. Unfortunately every single week I get home and realize that an item that was tagged on sale did not ring up at the sale price. It wouldn't be a big deal every once in awhile, but I'm a mom on a budget and it happens literally every single week. Then I don't want to take the time to drive back and haggle with customer service - I tried that once and the lady gave me attitude that I had no proof the item had a sale tag at the time.

Why is this store incapable of keeping unflavored non-organic Kroger brand almond milk in stock? It's not just this location, but this happens to be my local store. I am forced to shop at a competing chain, which can't be good for Kroger's business.

The delicatessen department is terrible. Rude and slow. I'm sure everyone reading this can attest. We've complained before but nothing changes. Someone said that it's a separate entity from Kroger and their management doesn't control. Not sure if that's true but something has to change. Almost all of the Kroger employees working their are great so it gives them a bad wrap.

Wow, I was surprised to see such a low rating here! I guess if you don't have a lot of reviews that can happen though, huh? This is our go to Kroger. The parking lot is very inconvenient, but most of the time it's not overly crowded and has what we need. It seems to be a decently popular one, as there have been several run ins where the whole produce section is picked over. Layouts a little awkward, but overall it gets the job done and checks the mark for your grocery store. I've seen a few employees not wearing masks at times but just by the grocery carts/outside and never near food or anything.

They mostly have groceries and it's a store? That's about it. Stay away from this poorly operating system (POS!) that tries to call it's self a grocery store.

This is specific to the meat department. I usually go there in the mornings and they have the most grumpiest person working there. He is lazy, sees you standing there and ignores you. I feel intimated standing there intruding on his work. Started going to the one near Charter Colony Parkway on Midlothian Turnpike, what a difference.
