We ordered takeout and the service was decent, but they forgot our Fried Zucchini appetizer. When we called the lines were busy and it took us several tries to get through to someone. Thankfully after a confusing phone call they did refund the appetizer which was nice of them. We got the Molto Mushroom pizza and it had a really funky taste to it, (we usually love mushrooms). The food itself wasn't very good and we missed out on our appetizer. Disappointing as we're looking to have a go-to Italian place in the neighborhood, but this place isn't it.

Every time we go the food is consistently amazing and very authentic. You can tell the ingredients are great quality. The food tastes like family recipes passed down over generations. I have never had anything that wasn’t delicious .

This place is a hiden gem. Tucked away in the bellgrade shopping center. Authentic Italian food. I really enjoyed my meal.On my latest visit I had a side salad and a personal pizza. I ordered the Margherita style pizza which is more traditional to Italy.It's three simple ingredients fresh tomato sauce fresh mozzarella and basil with a drizzle of olive oil. Trust me it's amazing.You have to also try the pasta. The chicken parm is the best in town. Go out and treat yourself you will not be disappointed.

We had a large family gathering for Thanksgiving and decided to go the non-traditional route having La Cucina cater the main dishes. Vito was so helpful suggesting dishes, amounts and the timing of pick-up so that the food would be fresh and hot. This was a big hit. The food was delicious and plentiful as was the accompanying bread. Really, really good food (we had rigatoni with Bolognese sauce, veal Marsala and chicken Parmesan). Highly recommend.

La Cucina is our favorite authentic Italian restaurant! This is a family business with Vito as Head Chef and Joanne running the front of the restaurant. They take great pride in their consistent high quality menu offerings and amazing hospitality. We have used them for catering and our guests raved about the food. Reservations recommended especially on weekends.
Highly disappointed! Waitress was personable and helpful, but our meat ravioli was very thin, the portions were small relative to the expensive price, and the sauce tasted no differently than what might come from a can. Even the amount of bread requested was less than adequate for a group of four of us. Not planning to return...sorry...

I’m sorry but this place should deserve little bit of ethic. I felt like getting service in McDonald. I had reservation and my named was screamed like on fresh market via full restaurant. I was not seated but looking for the voice to know where to go. “ you got it !” That was all night long. Hope next would be better.
