The food was not good disgusting
Great food. 5/5.
Ordering egg drop through door dash doesn’t let me choose the size I want and the website won’t let me place an order
Very good. This was a lunch visit. Everyone's food was prepared very well and the flavors were perfect. Service was good and prices fair. Not too crowded. We will definitely go back for a dinner meal. Overall very happy with the food and experience.
The food is always fresh, portions were adequate, it was ready when they said it would be. If you want some Chinese/Japanese food, this is one of the better options on Hull Street and their hours of operation are satisfactory.
Love this place! Everything was delicious
Definitely not worth the $30 I spent. The pork in both dishes tasted off or old, and the rice tasted somewhat stale. We got fried dumplings as an appetizer, and I guess the dumplings were OK but the sauce was meh. For our main course, we got the red curry which had okay flavor but the meat and veggies were all sliced too large or not at all. fried rice as an add-on to this was great for texture, but the flavor was not good..
When ordering , make sure you look at your receipt. Instead of doing an up charge on the pork fried rice and lo mein for the meal, they charged it as a full side order. To add on, we ordered egg roll and ended up with spring roll . The young lady on the phone had trouble over the phone hearing the order at that with continues pauses within the conversation. Paid $49 for a meal when it should’ve been less and with appropriate amount of food…
Something has SERIOUSLY changed with this place. The quality has gone way down hill...overly breaded chicken, over 10 pieces of broccoli in each chicken order, hardly any extra sauce...this used to be our go to place but I'm going to have to branch out and try some others in the area now I think.
Last night I had a very frustrating experience speaking to the manager on duty named Adul! So my family has ordered from this restaurant multiple times over the past year…we are consistent as we mostly order the same thing. This time however one of our meals looked different than it normally does. We ordered the Singapore noodles as it was told to us that it was gluten free and extra vegetables and not spicy. So there was no sauce and hardly any vegetables let alone extra. I thought it would be a simple thing to call and get a refund or have them remake.
So Adul the manager takes me in a round-robin conversation where he attempted to make it seem like I ordered wrong and says well they will redo it but I have to give them the mistake meal. I say sure. We took like two bites, it wasn’t made well. No one was gonna eat it so they could have it back. Don’t think he was expecting me to agree because he then put me on hold, in which time he apparently goes to check all of my previous orders on his data base. Tells me, (short version) i made a mistake in my original order. and apparently another mistake when trying to correct it by not saying exactly what I said last time. I was asked if I would like extra chicken with the extra vegetables for the make up order, so I say yes. Uh oh well apparently that’s a deviation from what I originally ordered and I’ll have to just pay for them to remake it properly. There’s more but this is just ridiculous. We were having family night and just wanted to eat and hang out but my mother ended up just watching us eat. Adul I am not happy with your customer service. Obviously there was a miscommunication with the order and there were so many much better ways to handle that.

Unbelievably UNDERrated!! This place is literally so Phenomenally good!! It is a true gem. The best food you all, so fresh, so flavorful! And the extra free appetizer of the wonton wrappers and sauce??? Big portions!! WOW !!!! You have for life customers here! I never say that but this!? HANDS DOWN!! [ BTW, we got the Shrimp Pad Thai, General tsos chicken, and Beef with Broccoli ]
This is my go-to for very good oriental food. From the soup to the entrees the food is very good. No matter what we have ordered, we have enjoyed it. I enjoy human style, and my wife likes kung pao, but we have tried multiple meals over the years. I look forward to going there anytime. The staff are very nice and the food is prepared quickly and with taste.
I ordered once from here, everything went okay, my second time I tried to ordered and the person ( which sounded like a man voice) was very rude, but as if he was annoyed by me ordering rude, Too bad he/she was that way, won’t be ordering from here anymore.
The young lady who took my order was rude and unwelcoming after I paid for my food. She suggested that I wait in my car or go shopping while my food was prepared instead of allowing me to sit in the waiting area. My food was fried hard and chewy. I am unsatisfied overall and will NEVER return!!!!
For the past year, my family and I have been coming to Lins. We were so please with the food quality and service. However, we havr noticed that over the past few weeks the food and service has declined tremendously. Today was the last straw when my husband visited the restaurant and the young lady at the desk was extremely rude. Last month I encountered someone rude over the phone but I brushed it off as them being overwhelmed and busy. However, this was in person and with no other customers. To add injury to insult the quality of the food was very disheartening to say the least. The rice was undercooked and the spring rolls were falling apart. I am uncertain as to what has changed but it is not the same.
