Everything was ok except the guy with the locs was preparing food in the back with his bare hands no glove like really all that cheese getting under his nails and oil from the pepperoni on his hands and then wiping his hand on his clothes and when I mentioned it to the cashier she was like she’s tired of arguing with him about. I make sure he wasn’t preparing my food

Took about 15 minutes with no other customers. But food was hot and was asked if I wanted it made any special way. But great service.

Each time I’ve visited this store they NEVER have pizzas Hot ready and available for purchase. Little Ceasars use to value time and price. It wasn’t about quality. Little Ceasars pizza taste sucks, not ready and its prices suck. I rather wait for dominos for the same price and better taste ?

I’ve tried a few times ,3 in the last year and a few more before, to like this place. The business model [is on point and beautiful in design] with the area, but the execution is pathetic. “Hot and ready is the worst gimmick”. I don’t recognize that anything at this location has ever been ready when I’ve come through the door even this evening. The only thing that they had is some leftover wings and cheese pizza.
It seems like this is the biggest joke in Richmond. They never have anything hot and ready you pay full price and make you wait a minimum of 10 minutes to get what you ordered. Please just go half mile down the street to JoJo’s in order a real pizza and the same amount of time , and put these people out of business or go to Food Lion and save five dollars

Do not order from here. Found mold in our pizza. Yuck doesn't even begin to describe it! ? Sent a report to corporate a month ago and haven't heard a word. See pictures below.

The reviews are more than accurate. DO NOT COME HERE. I called order in 11:55. Arrived at 12:05 with 5 people in lobby all waiting tapping foot. So like a dummy I paid for my order which was one crazy bread and one puff box after I paid he said we’re gonna cook your stuff now …….. I’m like I thought me calling in would make yall start on it when it’s ordered. Waited 12:40, 50 minutes after call ordered was placed. finally call my name! Get in car and rush out to find out my crazy bread was ice cold not even cooked. Puffs were greasy and flat like a fat a$$ stomped them

The service is sooo poor. I don’t know why it takes 45 minutes to an hour after the pick up time was stated(I order at 5:30 pick up time6:07, my door dash didn’t get the food and delivered it till 6:57) almost an hour later.
