Pretty good service. They've never messed up an order, and I've never received anything that wasn't cooked correctly. Even though the prices have gone up, I still go here often, and love that they are always adding new menu items.

Upon arrival, I inquired what was "hot andwhich I was told 1 cheese. I then proceeded to order a cheese and pepperoni pizza. 5 min later, another customer walked in and ordered 2 cheese pizzas with 2 miraculously coming from the warmer. 3 minutes later another customer entered ordering 1 and 1. He was immediately given a cheese and pepperoni pizza and exited. Since 8 minutes had elapsed and multiple pizzas had been sold, I requested a cancelation of my order. The "manager" then lectured me on why I should wait 8 minutes for them to cook more. I again inquires what was hot and ready and was told a bunch of cheese. I responded I would take those. The Mgr then indicated I could have had those in the beginning. I expressed that I did.Ultimately, they don't follow the hot and ready advertisements (has occurred multiple times with no items hot and ready). The staff is generally not polite (you can drive to another location and have much better customer service)

I called to order a couple pizza’s and Robert answered the phone and was polite, attentive and eager to help me since I was having trouble ordering through the app. The pizza’s he prepared for me were top notch and made with love!! I wish I could feel appreciated at other fast food places. Hard to find genuine people these days and he far exceeded my expectations. Thank you !!
