Went to Marcos for the first time. Went inside to order. People were making pizza with their bare hands, touching other things and then going back to making the pizza. The kitchen wasn't clean at all. Everyone in the kitchen were doing multiple things other then touching the pizza never once washing their hands. Just cross contamination everywhere. Holding these long drawn out conversations the entire time while making the pizza. Just watching the entire thing was disgusting. Sanitary is not key here. I will stick to places that take care of hygiene and contamination by working less talking, not doing multiple things with their hands and then fixing pizza and wearing gloves.

Im a Native NYer and its so hard for me to enjoy Franchise Pizza. However, Marcos on Midlothian hits the spot for me. Was serviced today by their Store a manager Lee Dunn. He provided excellent service all around. He was Friendly, professional & very efficient. My order was hot in ready under the prescribed 15 minutes too!!! My favorite Pizza is the Chicken Florentine. Now I do not like Feta Cheese. I forgot to take it off and I believe it took the flavor to a whole nother level! Also enjoyed their Garlic Parmesan Wings. Nice and saucy! Yum yum. My Pizzas are always Hot & fresh. They aim to please and are quick to fix and order that fails to meet your satisfaction. I can appreciate that type of above and beyond customer service. Thanks Lee Dunn & Team. I am a fan. I highly recommend this spot!!!

Came there in on a Friday and waited 30 minutes for my food. The black dude at the front counter was on his phone when I walked in and barely helped out. My order said it was ready but he couldn't find it. Come to find out it was sitting on the self and he didn't see it. Looks like they just threw toppings on it. Not really very portioned. Will not be back to this location

Went in and the guy with glasses was making the pizza without gloves and answering phones with pepperoni in one hand. Grabbing their hair, wiping sweat off their face and just went to the back and started making pizza and touching cheeses and pepperoni. He didn’t wash his hands. No one had on gloves. So unsanitary. I asked for a refund.

This was my first time going to this location. I normally go to Sheila ln. The kitchen didn’t look clean at all. My pizza was greasy and did not taste how it normally does. The manager was polite and stated that she upsized my pizza because they were out of boxes which I appreciated, my reason for the 4stars in service. I’ll be going to Shelia Ln from now on though.

Ordered the pepperoni melt and it was delivered burnt instead of melted. The breadsticks were also crunchy.
One bad experience can make you change your mind about a business. I order pizza and asked for notifications of progress. I was told 11 minutes before arrival that the pizza was ready. When I got there a guy looked for a second and said 'while my computer says it is ready, I can't find it' and said to come back in 5 mins. Anyways a larger guy came up and said the updates are on a timer and mean nothing and I will just have to wait. I said thanks to him when I got the pizza and he just looked at me. He just came off as rude when literally it make no sense for the computers and my phone to say my order was ready for 16 mins by the time I got it. Don't put rude people in the front

Forgot part of my order..Had to wait 25 extra minutes for them to bring it because they forgot it..I call and whoever answered my call was very rude and hung up on me for asking where the rest of my order after waiting extra minutes for it. Yeah if you don't want to work stay home and makes Marco's Pizza on Midlothian Youngstown Ohio..look bad and that they hire people with no respect for the costumer. Get it together Marco's Pizza

Went to pick up pizza. Was told it would be 4 minutes. They were very busy so I sat quietly but after about 20 minutes I asked where my order was and upon checking they found it sitting the rack in the box. They apologized and we got to enjoy a lukewarm pizza.

5 Stars I can’t say enough about the amazing service at Marco’s Pizza on Midlothian. The manager went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with our order. When the first pizza wasn’t exactly what we approved, they quickly sent out another one—no questions asked! It’s rare to see such dedication to customer satisfaction these days. The Triple Pepperoni Mag they sent over was absolutely delicious, and the garlic sauce crust with Parmesan was perfect! Thank you for making our evening great. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for great pizza and even better service!
