Im a Native NYer and its so hard for me to enjoy Franchise Pizza. However, Marcos on Midlothian hits the spot for me. Was serviced today by their Store a manager Lee Dunn. He provided excellent service all around. He was Friendly, professional & very efficient. My order was hot in ready under the prescribed 15 minutes too!!!
My favorite Pizza is the Chicken Florentine. Now I do not like Feta Cheese. I forgot to take it off and I believe it took the flavor to a whole...

Went to pick up pizza. Was told it would be 4 minutes. They were very busy so I sat quietly but after about 20 minutes I asked where my order was and upon checking they found it sitting the rack in the box. They apologized and we got to enjoy a lukewarm pizza.

I can’t say enough about the amazing service at Marco’s Pizza on Midlothian. The manager went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with our order. When the first pizza wasn’t exactly what we approved, they quickly sent out another one—no questions asked! It’s rare to see such dedication to customer satisfaction these days.
