I can’t say enough about the amazing service at Marco’s Pizza on Midlothian. The manager went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with our order. When the first pizza wasn’t exactly what we approved, they quickly sent out another one—no questions asked! It’s rare to see such dedication to customer satisfaction these days. Marcos pizza is hands down my favorite pizza... nothing else comes close. The ingredients are Soo fresh, and the toppings a big and plentiful! I've tried everything there and it didn't matter what I ordered, it was always amazing, meaning they always consistent and actually care about the food they make and serve...The Midlothian location next to Publix is amazing. The customer service is top notch!! Doesn't matter who I deal with, all the employees are amazing!!...

This is the only place where I order pizza !Tonight they were busier than I’ve ever seen, orders on top of orders. the manager (didn’t get her name) was running all over, doing everything possible to make sure people got their orders as soon as possible, rotating from making the pizzas + handling the front. wait times were longer than estimated but most people don’t realize it’s just an estimate, not an exact time.customer for life (:
