I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent order. The delivery took over an hour, and when the pizza arrived, it was cold and unappetizing.
When I called to inquire, I was told that the original driver had been injured and a second driver completed the delivery. While I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, no offer was made to re-deliver or replace the order. Unfortunately, the pizza did not taste good and did not meet the quality I expect.
I hope you will take this feedback seriously and consider improving both the quality of your food upon delivery and the way customer concerns are handled. PS they offered store credit instead of a refund.

Ordered the same pizza twice from here & it came wrong AGAIN the second time even though I called before hand ? Iโm just unsure how you mess up something so simple two times. Please hire people who can comprehend orders.

The absolute worst Philly cheesesteak that Iโve ever had. Part of the bread was super hard, the other part was soggy, toppings were a mess, the sandwich was falling a part, it was not flavorful. Threw it right in the trash. One of the pizzas I ordered was overcooked and dry, the sauce was non existent. I have pics of the sub. I want my money back.

It's a take away pizza place so atmosphere is not really a thing. The pizza is hot and good, especially the triple pepperoni magnifico. The price is very reasonable and the staff is friendly and fast. It's one of our 's family favorites.
Honestly the crust was the best part just need to work on the correct harmony of flavor profiles.

I don't know why they even ask about the crust toppers. I routinely asked for two different ones and triple the normal amount of each. they never put them on.
Tonight I forgot to put it on my online order and so I called and told them exactly what I wanted and I get there and there's a few crystals here and there on the pizza but none on the crust, as barren as the Moon.
I tell the lady, I think she's an assistant manager or something, and I see them put them on but I didn't recheck the pizza before I left and that's a mistake I would never make again. I get home and they put crust toppers all over the entire pizza and a ton of it, and all I wanted was on the actual crust. It seems to me that the term crust toppers should mean that it's on the crust.
They cannot follow basic instructions. chances are if you order there, and I've ordered there a lot, you'll probably get something that tastes decent, but you probably won't get what you asked for. for. What's more disturbing is that I have made this this known On various surveys and no one cares.
The lack of crust stoppers has not been enough to stop me from getting a good deal, and they can have some really good deals, but I think tonight was it. it. It's just too frustrating and I don't have the energy to deal with people who cannot follow simple instructions. It's not that difficult
