Somebody (cashier, kitchen or server) messed up the Order bring wrong items to table. We thought the order was for Somebody else and watched as server circled restaurant 3 or 4 times looking to land the food. Finally, we stopped and questioned the server only to find out the order was wrong.

I called ahead on my way back from short pump. The young lady on the phone told me 30 min. I get there, and she said it would be 5 min. I said okay and waited another 20 min before I said something. By then, other people have come in, ordered food and walked out. I asked again after another 10 min. She informed me they were “boxing” it up now. 12 min goes by. I finally got my food. No apologies, no discount, nothing. They forgot about my order, twice. No manager in front. Someone guy in the back with a clip board when me and 4 other people are waiting for food. Your team is in the weeds, JUMP IN AND HELP! The kids up front need help and guidance.

Spicy Chicken Sandwich was mushy, the bread ripped in half before I even touched it, and the Potato Soup was burnt and old tasting. I asked for fruit for the kids but they were out. Asked for a Coke Zero and got a Sweet Tea, asked drink lids and was told they were kept elsewhere from the drinks?, asked for a cup carrier and wasn't given one.
Mediocre food, mediocre service, insanely high prices for such poor quality.

Great customer service. I waited 40 min for them to open and it was delicious. A grilled chicken sandwich with chicken lunch meat was a little odd though. I went home and made grilled chicken sandwiches with actual grilled chicken breast after lol. Husband said his roast beast au ju was also good. I like they have gluten free bread.
Pretty standard. I love this place for the baked potatoes, but they could stand to have a few more toppings. The sandwich was completely average, not bad but nothing to write home about. The sweet tea is fantastic!
