Great restaurant in my opinion, food was outstanding as well as the service. Need to build one closer to Ft. Lee, VA. Would do great business there.

Compared to the quality that this company is known for the quality at this location is sub par. I really should have read the reviews today. Sandwiches are sloppy under topped and not to standard. I spent $74 on dinner for family but will not be returning

What's there really to say about McAlister's? It's a great sandwich and soup place with high quality sandwiches and delicious soups and an always friendly staff! They keep the place clean and you know what you're going to get. Not to say I'm no fan of Panera however, given the option I'm always choosing McAlister's for their dining space and overall atmosphere. It's a better bang for your buck. We consistently eat here for lunch on our day dates and it's become a staple of our Saturday afternoons.

Very disappointed eating here. Got a pastrami sandwich and only had 1 slice of pastrami on it. I’ve eaten at McAlister’s in NC and it was much much better. The sandwiches are larger and give you more meat on the sandwiches. Seems like the manager is trying to do budget cuts. Sadly, eating at subway would of been better.

Absolutely horrendous service. Not only was my order not what I ordered up but my replacement order for their mistake wasn’t even remade until after 20 minutes with lots of standing around doing nothing by the team. Manager was nice enough to refund my card after I was given a free cookie as an apology for the first mistake. But even with my gift cards I had to pay for a majority of my order, I’m never going back.

Clean restaurant. Food was sooooo GOOD! The lasagna soup was very tasty. Bread was very fresh on my sandwich. Highly recommend this deli.

I live close - & always finding myself craving a potato - i typically order delivery but the accuracy always disappoints - and the in store teams customer service is the worst I've seen in some time. If you don't like peopling or assisting with small requests - find another job! Maybe someone will notice this - Maybe not? My experience and truth regardless.

Food was acceptable for the price. Front of the house, such as entrance and are where people pick up condiments and napkinsan, bathrooms need some TLC.
