I called ahead on my way back from short pump. The young lady on the phone told me 30 min. I get there, and she said it would be 5 min. I said okay and waited another 20 min before I said something. By then, other people have come in, ordered food and walked out. I asked again after another 10 min. She informed me they were “boxing” it up now. 12 min goes by. I finally got my food. No apologies, no discount, nothing. They forgot about my order, twice. No manager in front....

Great customer service. I waited 40 min for them to open and it was delicious. A grilled chicken sandwich with chicken lunch meat was a little odd though. I went home and made grilled chicken sandwiches with actual grilled chicken breast after lol. Husband said his roast beast au ju was also good. I like they have gluten free bread.

Pretty standard. I love this place for the baked potatoes, but they could stand to have a few more toppings. The sandwich was completely average, not bad but nothing to write home about. The sweet tea is fantastic!
