Every time I have gone to this McDonald's it's always been a issue. I go inside to avoid the long line in drive thru. I pkace my order on tge kiosk just to stand there for at least 20 minutes or more waiting for my order. Finally someone ask what did I order, and when I tell them, they realise it was never filled, but I am staying right there! For all of that time until all the cars in drive thru have been served. Are you kidding! In customer service you should assist the people who made the effort to cone inside, and in front of you! aside from that... there was no customers inside! When I finally got my order, the coffee had coffee grounds a in it. This place is deplorable! I Will never go back! CUSTOMERS BEWARE!

We’ve only used this location a few times. The service is always excellent. The orders have never been correct. Today, for example, my egg McMuffin had nothing but egg on it. Come on y’all - you’ve had 50 years to perfect a recipe with literally 4 ingredients…🤦♀️
As friendly as the service is I decided as I ate my tasteless sandwich that I will no longer be visiting that location.

This McDonald's is absolutely horrible. Items on the menu that they don't have, extremely poor customer service, soda mixture way off, food dried out. Train your people in customer service!!! No one needs the red carpet rolled out but a friendly, "hi, what can I get for you?" goes a long way.

This has to be the slowest McDonalds I have ever seen. You spend at least ten minutes sitting in the drive through line ONCE YOU REACH WINDOW ONE. Like you are ready to get your food…. Nope wait ten minutes. Fast food? NOT EVEN CLOSE.

Husband is at the food pick up window and they hand us the wrong drinks. A cappuccino instead of a frape and a hi-c with ice in it when we ordered no ice. THE GENERAL MANAGER tries to hand it back and says "c'mon man! Are you serious?! Did you order it with no ice?" And then she says "iye yiye yiye!!" And then shooes us away and tells us to park in bay 3 and she'll bring it out eventually. We parked and went in and got our money back from I think the store manager. People have bad day, I get it - but the 15 second interaction had today was unacceptable, especially from someone in such a senior management position. If she's this nasty with customers I can't imagine how she is to the workers. Won't stop here again.

TOM THE MANAGER IN A PURPLE SHIRT AND HIS MANAGER WHO WEARS GOLD GLASSES WILL COMPLETELY HARASS AND DISRESPECT YOU AND YOUR FAMILY THE ENTIRE TIME YOU ARE THERE!! THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CAN CARE LESS YOU ARE SPENDING YOUR MONEY IN THERE! THEY ACT LIKE YOU OWE THEM SOMETHING. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST FOOD SERVICE RESTAURANT I HAVE EVER BEEN IN!! Do not go here, spend your hard earned money at a place they will appreciate and respect you as a human being and not degrade you!!
