I’ve ordered food 4 times from here today and the messed up every single time they keep sending me Carmel coffees instead of Carmel frappes how many orders does it take to get it right

This location sucks every single time especially if you do curbside they will make you wait 20 minutes even for ONE drink before you get frustrated enough to go into the drive thru ti get it and magically its ready. Lazy overpaid staff who want equal pay but cant even do the work to walk 20 feet to curbside.

Ordered curbside on the app. No food was ever brought out. Went inside and never received order. No one works the front counter. Was able to speak briefly to two employees to ask about the order, but we ended up leaving after 30 minutes of waiting. There were 7-8 others waiting in lobby with us entire time all with online orders and no food.

Please corporate if you are reading this…. Please replace the manager here and fire half of the staff. Half the time the food is not cooked all the way through, missing items, very rude staff, and very very slow. They are joking in the back more than cooking/ serving food. You have to yell to get someone’s attention at the front. Corporate needs to do a clean out at this store NOW! It’s disgraceful and insulting. And quite frankly it’s sad y’all are okay with them collecting a paycheck and potentially poisoning us with undercooked food. Maybe I should call the health dept. maybe that will get your attention.

Horrible experience. Did a mobile order and when I went to pickup my order there was nobody at the 1st window that I was told to pull up to and they didn't bag up my whole order sso I had to go back up there to get the rest of my order. When I showed up I sat at the microphone for 5 minutes and nobody came over the speaker so I pulled up to see an employee with an earbud in his ear and the manager was disrespectful. The second window attendant pulled out his phone and turned his back to me. I won't be returning to this location.

Honestly cleanest McDonald’s we’ve ever been to the experience kinda funny because the manager checked up on our family to see if we needed anything so it ended up feeling like we were at a sit down restaurant.
Ordered pickup on the app. Parked and waited 20 minutes before going inside to our order just sitting off to the side. Everything was cold, but not really surprising.

I ordered on the app for delivery and when I received my food, I was missing items. I tried calling the store no response like the phone was disconnected. My dasher went back to get the rest of my food and was told that they won’t be giving it to her bc it was all in the one bag. I was missing a happy meal and 2 drinks. There was no way for all the food and drinks to fit into one bag! DO NOT ORDER AT THIS STORE

Most of my issue is with the app. It craps out when I put in my parking spot and I just get a bunch of random characters and then they don't seem to know that I'm out there so I end up having to walk into the store and then after waiting 10 minutes outside and then I have to wait another 10 minutes inside and then I get my food and then it turns out that it's cold as I'm eating my fries driving away. Yes I know that's a long run on sentence.
