Most of my issue is with the app. It craps out when I put in my parking spot and I just get a bunch of random characters and then they don't seem to know that I'm out there so I end up having to walk into the store and then after waiting 10 minutes outside and then I have to wait another 10 minutes inside and then I get my food and then it turns out that it's cold as I'm eating my fries driving away. Yes I know that's a long run on sentence.

This location keeps going downhill. Employees don't seem to care, and without fail miss an aspect or more of an order everytime. Just got home with my kids food and they're missing fries and also got the wrong drink. YOU HAVE 1 JOB.
Go to another McDonalds location if you absolutely have to have it, otherwise go to litterally any other fast food place.

Staff is friendly and always welcoming. Always checking on us, especially when you dine in.
Super friendly and helpful staff! There was a small error on my order and it was corrected quickly. The dining area has been updated and was very clean. I was genuinely impressed with a McDonald's. We don't tend to expect much from fast food chains so this morning I was elated walking back to my car commenting on the awesome customer service!

This place never gets your order correct.afternoon manager is a nasty person. Wife gave back incorrect food ,someone else’s order in the drive thru. When she did this and ask for her order the manager told her that my wife didn’t pay for her food and was a scam artist. Only time we get per say free food is when they mess up our order and unfortunately it’s about 70% of the time. Instead of actually looking at the orders and transactions, the manager publicly humiliated my wife calling her all kinds of names and proceeded to ban her from the property and did not give her refund. This mc Donald's is been going down hill and now after this experience we will not be coming back ever again.

This location thinks it is okay to serve out of date milk with children’s happy meals. When my wife called to bring this to their attention the “manager” was very rude and hung up I would not recommend this location based upon their customer service or lack there off. The other items were also cold and not fresh.

They changed the decor inside and its awful. They took out the high seating and the fire place and its yellow and black cheap looking seats and tables. ON THE PLUS SIDE FOOD WAS HOT AND MADE TO ORDER.

Per usual workers don’t care enough to check the bags - every single person who has ordered inside or in the drive thru, including me, has had at least one item missing. That’s like a 0% success rate.
Also giving your customers two napkins for a family of 3 and forcing us to walk up to the front and try to get someone’s attention for more is another level of stingy.
