Per usual workers don’t care enough to check the bags - every single person who has ordered inside or in the drive thru, including me, has had at least one item missing. That’s like a 0% success rate.
Also giving your customers two napkins for a family of 3 and forcing us to walk up to the front and try to get someone’s attention for more is another level of stingy.

Great service today with a large order! The coupon I used was not working and the manager was super helpful and fixed it! I had a large order for 13 people, but service was very fast, packaged well, and everything we ordered was present and correct. Was very happy with my visit! We will be back!

Stopped here during a student field trip and have to say, one of the cleanest I have been in. Management was amazing. She stopped at each student table for a chat. Wow!

I grab breakfast here often, but today they got my order wrong. I come inside to correct it and ask for the McMuffin I ordered. The heavier set female manager asked me if she could fix it by putting the missing portion of my food in a container and I make it myself. I told her no I'd just like a new McMuffin made correctly, I'd never had a manager ask me that. She gave me a look as if I was being rude or unruly. I shrugged it off. I get back to my car and it's wrong AGAIN so I go back to fix it. Again, I'm met with looks of disdain and annoyance when I'm only here because of HER mistakes lmao. The employees are great, it's the manager that's terrible and lazy. I won't be coming back to this McDonald's.

They need to fire that night manager and retrain those employees working in the evening and later on. The night staff just cusses all of the time and they’re extremely rude. They don’t even fulfill the orders and if you order more than two burgers, it takes them up to 20 minutes to finish the order. Disgusting behavior and horrible customer service at this location.

Best McDonald's around. I start most of my mornings with an ice coffee from this location (mainly just coffee, anytime I have their bf it's always tasty). Customer service is 2nd to none here. The staff is consistent and extremely polite. Thank you to this location, you guys set a great example for McDonald's, keep raising the bar.

They were very backed up in the drive thru and inside the restaurant the day I went, so there were long lines inside and out, a lot of confusion, with all the people, long wait times for your food and food orders were not going to the correct person that ordered it.
