Night shift crew barely spoke English. Communication was mostly charades with a couple McDonalds brand words thrown in. When I got to the window they handed me a random bag of food that was not even close to my order. When I tried to clarify my order by showing them the order on my phone they told me to pull forward. Sat there for 15 minutes waiting in the pickup area for an order that never appeared. Then the app told me my order was completed. And the McDonalds app is built to make refunds impossible without a receipt (which i never received) because the app doesn't have a basic receipt tracking function so I have to resort to going to my bank for a chargeback.

I can’t give any information on my experience because there wasn’t one. I placed the order on the app and got to the location with in 10 minutes(arriving at 11; they close at 12). I sat at the drive thru speaker for about 5 minutes before another customer drove up next to me to tell me they were apparently closed (he had to drive up to the window for anyone to tell him that). This has happened to me a few times at different locations in the area. I am done with mcdonald’s.

Ordered a medium fry and apple pie, the fries were old and the apple pie wasn’t warm. lol a waste of my time and money

Good food good service. Everything you would expect from a McDonald's. Nothing fancy but it's fast and convenient. My wife was craving a burger and chicken strips one night and we came late night.
Had to wait for someone at the counter, so we ordered from the kiosk which was a littleconfusing for my friend. The food was fresh and hot. That part was fantastic. There was one lady that actually stopped by our table and asked if we needed anything. We all 3 were like Wow.

If you order 7 Big Mac meals, you get to wait at the drive thru window. If you order a $5 meal, they ask you to park in the drive thru spot. How does this make sense?
The slowest of McDonald’s around. I ordered a two McDoubles with no pickle and fries. I received one bacon McDouble with pickles, and one hamburger. How does one make this mistake?
