This McDonald's location never gets the order right—it's almost like it's intentional at this point. I worked at McDonald's for 5 years in my youth and have never seen this level of consistent inaccuracy. Today, I specifically asked for no cheese due to an allergy, and they gave me double cheese on my quarter pounder. Absolutely unacceptable.
The iced coffee is consistently awful and never made correctly. If this place wasn't literally next door to my house, I wouldn't go back. Do yourself a favor: check your entire order—including condiments—before you leave the drive-thru. Be warned, this location is a gamble every single time.

When I pulled into driveline to order kids meals I asked if they had new toys called squishmellows and was told yes. I ordered 2 happy meals but when we picked them up there were no squishmellows, we got ripped off. We also did not get a chocolate milk and a lemonade with the Happy Meals. The teenage attendant said he could not give us toys or our drinks. I had to speak to the MOD who apologized and said they had been out of squishmellows for a week and told me to save my receipt and comeback the next week to get them. When I came back in a week he gave the kids squishmellows but nothing for the inconvenience. Don't go to this location expecting toys in your Happy Meals like we did. This location does not give military or first responder discounts.

Ordered on my app, got to the drive thru and the fellow at the payment window didn't have a clue which order was mine so it was not surprise that I watched them hand my food to the car in front of me and then take it back. Yes, they then gave it to me, even though I didn't want to take it. I had ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal with no onions - I got 2 burgers with a smear of ketchup, mustard and one pickle each, no cheese on either cheeseburger. The lady working the drive thru was rude. I had also used a coupon for a free 6 piece nugget that was given to me when they shorted me 2 nuggets in a 4 piece previously. When I asked about the nuggets she had the nerve to ask "Do you need them?" This location almost NEVER gets the orders right and then has the nerve to act like the customer is the inconvenience. If you complain to the store, they will laugh as they hang up the phone while your talking. If you complain to their corporate, you'll get a coupon for free food that will either be wrong or not worth the headache to receive.

Susdewitt locations of McDonalds are all just so bad. People are rude, drive thru is always insanely slow, food is constantly sold out, it’s honestly super annoying to go to these locations. Luckily this one has 4 parking lot lights that have been full-on strobe lights for months, and they’ve not fixed any of them. Shows how cheap the company is.

Stopped at 7:25am on a Friday with my kids because one needed to potty. Mistake. we had to go to the men's room because, well I'm a man. I had a deep sigh when I saw the toilet. 🤢 Finished and went to exit the restroom and noticed a dead roach on floor. The children wanted to eat but I had to come up with an excuse on why we had to go somewhere else. 🪳 Just a dirty place.
There’s always long drive thru, when you get to the window and order they take to long to process what you’re saying. When they do put your order in and you go to the next window they make you go park and wait for it. That takes 10-20 minutes and it’s not efficient at all.
We ordered 2 adult meals and 2 happy meals for dine in and waited just under an hour for the food. The staff member was polite when we asked about our order after about 20 min but we still didn't recieve the food for another half an hour. The food was luke warm when we got it and they forgot a drink and bbq sauce. Thankfully the kids had a really fun time playing at the kid center.

I waited 30 mins for 20 nuggets and a triple cheeseburger. I watched as multiple people who ordered after me received their food. I went to the counter to ask about my food and no one ever asked me if I needed help. Avoid this McDonald’s at all costs.
