Consistently a wonderful experience! Draft selection is good. Pizza is amazing! I love the crust and the toppings always seem fresh. Sides and appetizers do not disappoint. Do not hesitate to go to Mellow Mushroom!

The atmosphere is fantastic: warm and inviting, the food is above-par (the pizzas are AMAZING), and the staff are wonderful. Our waiter tonight, for one of my son's 18th birthday family dinner, went above and beyond to accommodate our 7-person party, and the general manager even stopped by to wish him a happy birthday. Mellow Mushroom is a superb place for any occasion and the food is on-point every single time. You will NOT be disappointed.Kid-friendliness: The waitstaff are wonderfully accommodating to young children and the atmosphere is just loud enough where small whines and cries from the little ones don't bother anyone else dining.

Someone needs to cook the tots an extra 5 minutes! My daughter and I couldn't even eat them. The Jerk chicken hoagie was really good though.

My family and I eat at mellow mushroom midlothian often, probably once a month, but usually we get takeout. The food is always great. However, today was a little different. We’re vegan, so sometimes our options are limited, and upon picking our kids up from school today, we were told there was a birthday party, but they were basically excluded from cake and ice cream. I was angry about this; they are three, and don’t understand why they aren’t included or at least given a substitute. So we were planning to pick up pizza anyway, but one of my daughters wanted to eat at the pizza shop(!), so we changed our pick-up order to eat in. So we weren’t just “crashing” in the restaurant we ordered drinks and cinnamon bites to treat our kids with a little sweet goodie. These usually come with honey, but we asked for the bites without honey, and our server, Joshua, didn’t miss a beat. And when they came, he’d substituted honey with maple syrup. It was such a thoughtful thing to do. little gestures like this are so small but have a significant impact, especially for my kids. We turned their disappointment around, and we enjoyed a great meal and dessert. We will always return to this location.Dietary restrictions: Vegan options
