Food was good, and service was decent for a large group.

First off the waitress who waited on us was nice and courteous. 2nd the complimentary salsa was not good at all. Didn’t get choice of red and or white. The food when it came was ok except for the lunch special number 8 and what ever special my daughter got. The mole sauce was just “awe full” and not like I Re breed from my days in CA. The tortilla that was fixed with my combo was corn and I don’t remember seeing that in the description but could of been. Chicken in side was dark meat though well done was a disappointment. Then before we left we order a order of the white dip and chips. We paid extra for them but the waitress brought us the dip to pay when we paid. When checking dip bag before leaving no chips so we asked the waitress took the left over chips from our table and put in a container and handed it to us. Final straw was hours later that evening I got really sick. So we won’t be back. And Mexican (authentic ) is my favorite. We do love El Patron and Casa Grande so to say that I was disappointed is exactly how we felt.

The food here had absolutely no flavor. This was my first time having to send my food back. The manager wasn’t very hospitable either. Both of us literally only had one bite of our food when we informed the manager we were not happy with the food. We had no problem paying for the only thing we did have, which was the drinks. Instead of comping the meals that we did not eat, he forced us to pay for half of food. When stating that we didn’t believe that it was fair to pay for half and half hadn’t been eaten, he said “well we have a lot of people that come in here, I can’t do more than that,” dismissing our feelings. Very disappointing food, service, and staff.

Generously rating them a 3. Got the enchiladas verdes which was basic. Chicken was kind of dry, and not much to it. The green salsa that they gave on the side was really bad. Also, the Enchiladas Mexico was really bad. Overall, an average joint

Went to Mexico restaurant Saturday evening. They keep it warm inside everytime I’ve been in but on a hot day like it was wasn’t great. Wasn’t crowded at all. I ordered Fajitas Ixtapa which is what I ordered the last time I was there a few weeks prior. The first time I got it it was very flavorful! Big scallops well seasoned shrimp and chicken. This time I got it and I must’ve given a weird look cause the server asked if everything was okay I said I don’t believe there’s scallops in it and she assured me there was. So I started kinda moving stuff around and there was dime size scallops maybe 5 in it. And then 3 shrimp and 3/4 pieces of chicken shreds. And they cut huge chunks of pineapple and put a bunch of veggies in it, no offense but paying $22 for that didn’t sit well with me. No seasonings were used not even salt and pepper and the scallops were fishy tasting. I was super disappointed with it. Paid for it and left. Won’t be back.

Delicious food and helpful with our large group including kids. Good service and a crowd pleaser. The horchata was refreshing.

Got take out the other night and I would give it a B+. Fast service. Great portions and very nice staff. I ordered the Al pastor tacos and they were great after throwing on some homemade salsa and the rice and black beans sides. I can say the sides are a little bland for my taste but everything was fresh. My better half got the soft chicken enchiladas and said they were really good and not dry. Will eat here again

Service is hit or miss. Use to be the best service in midlothian. Still never bad service. We've had worse service at Longhorns and Bonefish. Food is always good.

We love the food and there is a special (I think) every night of the week. We like the taco deal and the kids meal night. Kids really love the food too. Nothing fancy, just good food and big portions.
