Mr Pepe neva miss. Something changed here and I like it

Placed a to go order and was given a number. When I arrived they stated they never received the order. The front office staff was rude. The customer service was terrible. Christian would have never let this slide when it was Don Pepe. I am very disappointed in Mr. Pepe, I will be finding somewhere else to spend my time and money.

Had the Plato Acapulco on my first trip. Was seriously surprised about how perfectly cooked the shrimp and scallops were. Bravo!

Mr.Pepe's has been my go to for years. Always delicious, and always polite. They're grilled chicken quesadilla is amazing everytime. Tortilla is never soggy, and hits the spot everytime!

Very disappointed, I ordered a burrito macho and a chicken taco salad with sautéed veggies, they charged me $17 for a taco salad because I added sautéed veggies. When I called because the order that my husband brought home wasn’t right, I was told I didn’t order a burrito. On top of not getting what I ordered, and getting charged almost $6 to add sautéed veggies to my taco salad, we didn’t get chips and salsa with our order. Very disappointed with this experience, we will not be back.

Mr Pepe's is always consistent, quick and affordable. We regularly show up with 4-6 adults and 3-4 kids and they never turn us down but always make room for our large and messy family outages.

The food is alright, but the service isn't great. Maybe we showed up on a bad day, but our waitress seemed kind of distant and annoyed. It was hard to get her attention at times, and we had to look for her to pay for our food.
We had about 5 people in our group and our waitress made one of them uncomfortable. Someone in our group made eye contact multiple times and ignored us when we tried to get her attention.

Consistently good food at a fair price with friendly servers. Never had a bad meal. Also the place is always nice and clean.

I recommend this restaurant. Delicious food and service is 10/10. We came from Maryland to stay the weekend here, and we found this restaurant and decided to eat here. It truly did not disappoint at all, everything about this restaurant is perfect.
