Just visited this establishment the other day for a birthday dinner. I frequent Napa quite often. Food and drinks are always consistent. Service is typically awesome. Unfortunately, they did seat us a bit late which we were fine with, however, they never came around for last call drinks and they told us we couldn’t order dessert because the kitchen was closed. At that point we were probably sitting for 45 minutes to an hour and just finished our food. My recommendation would be to not set reservations so late if you can’t offer all courses. A last call memo would have been nice, but truly, seating people too late may be the problem. We had 8:15 reservations, however, I do know the bartender was helping the hostess and they did seat us a bit late. Our waitress was great and super accommodating considering the circumstances- she tried her best. Just thought it was ridiculous I mentioned it was a birthday celebration and they couldn’t give us dessert even though we were sitting there finishing our drinks. You may want to consider making final reservations for 7:00/7:30 so you have enough time in the kitchen. Food/Atmosphere a 5 and service a 3. The rating stars aren’t working.

We’ve been here multiple times and the food is always great. We recently went during their holiday set up and it was very fun. The atmosphere was great. I want to mostly highlight that they were very helpful with us bringing my 3 month old. They brought out a special holder for the car seat, didn’t make me feel awkward for having a baby in a nicer restaurant and were so kind. Highly recommend for service, food, and atmosphere.

Napa is a favorite and we go there frequently. The service is always good, food delicious with some variety on menu and there's a great happy hour. They offer lots of special events such as wine tastings, Galentine's events, etc. All these things deserve 5 stars but the real reason for this review is to praise the Winter Wonderland decor. It is bright, cheery, ecclectic and a bit tacky but in a good way. 2024 is the first year they've done the overlay but staff said they plan to offer it every year. Reservations are a must as the decor has proven to be a major draw. Don't miss this cool holiday extravaganza.

We ordered a basket of bread and the hope for what I was expecting versus what I got had me feeling letdown. I guess I assumed the bread would be warm, but it was not. I did however enjoy the butter and pepper chili mix. I ordered the roasted pepper, a larger portion would have been nice. The spinach was divine. The ambience of the Christmas season blew us away!
Vegetarian options: I recently switched how I eat to a plant-based/ Whole Foods diet. Eating out has been a bit of a challenge trying to find vegetarian options. I didn’t see many on this menu either.

The new, hideous Christmas decorations is like watching Elf on acid.

Great service and food. We went this weekend and they have such wonderful Christmas decorations up. Chad went above and beyond to ensure that we were taken care of. Will definitely come back.
My boyfriend and I dined in for date night. We originally had made a reservation to experience the decorations. Unfortunately, we found that despite making a reservation we were seated outside on the patio where we did not have a view of the lights. It seemed like they treated walk ins the same as people with reservations; a couple walking in front of us received a booth inside without a reservation.
Our server Ashlee was amazing, very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Churrasco steak was difficult to cut through but had good flavor. Hibachi steak fried rice was tasty but expensive for what it was.
I found that most of the meal I was just looking through the window wishing we were inside. Left feeling disappointed.

Had a pleasant experience here! The atmosphere was nice and inviting, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal. The food was good—flavorful and satisfying. It’s an ideal place for gatherings with friends or family. I’d definitely consider coming back for the ambiance and overall experience.
