I just picked up my takeout. I got Orange Beef. It was gross. The beef was tough and thick and there was nothing crispy about it. The Hunan Chicken was large chunks of dark chicken that was very dry and virtually inedible. The flavor was awful. The General Tao’s chicken came with broccoli. It was nasty tasting and literally made my sister puke whether it was because the food was bad or it was cross contaminated with seafood that she is highly allergic to. I’m so made I spent this much money on food that I literally will not feed to my dogs.

Great beef fried rice! This so far has been the best I have had in midlothian.

Very tasty food, one order is big enough for two to split

The scallion pancakes are nothing but a grease laden soggy mess. They obviously were not adequately drained as there was a half an inch of oil in the bottom of the takeout container. Shameful!

Tried delivery. The rice was undercooked. Scallion pancakes were dripping oil. Dumplings were gross. Spring rolls were mushy. Twice cooked pork was disgusting. Huge disappointment.

This has to be the worst Chinese restaurant I have ever visited. The food was cold, the service was awful. They didn't even have real hot sake. This place is under staff and them are in desperate need of a good chef.

I had an awesome experience at this spot. The food came out hot, fresh, and super flavorful. You can tell they actually care about what they’re serving — the dumplings were packed with filling, the fried rice wasn’t greasy, and the orange chicken had the perfect mix of sweet and crispy.
The service was just as good. Everyone was friendly and quick without making us feel rushed. The place was clean, comfortable, and had that cozy vibe that makes you want to stay a little longer.
Overall, great portions, great prices, and genuinely great food. I’d definitely come back and bring friends

Even for lunch, they use large shrimps, and the dishes are not oily, which is a healthy choice. I love their rice too , it is really delicious. The restaurant is spacious and comfortable, with a good atmosphere. Highly recommended 😎

My husband and I sometimes go for the Sunday buffet which is good, I give the buffet a 4 star. One time I went there for dinner, I order off the menu hawaii 5-0, the pineapple was canned pineapple, not fresh and it had a sour taste and the noodles were stale. Very disappointed. The Peking in Mechanicsville is a 5 star. We eat there alot.
