I thought the food looked great but when I opened it at home under the kitchen light I found darn black hair in my food and I'm blonde so I know it wasn't my hair so I was very disappointed not to be able to eat it. I was so tired after working all day I didn't feel like going back up there so I ate ramen. I knew I should have just done that from the start instead I wasted my $14.00 on a Fettuccine Alfredo. Makes me leary to go try it again....

I would have to say the people the young woman with a nose ring or bar I would say is very nice, and the young African American girl who you can tell has worked there on how fast she packs orders for food delivery pick is great too. However the other day I got the Pad Thai a regular size and it has the right amount of egg, peanuts and presentation looked great upon opening. Todays however had hardly isn’t even the word, peanuts, barely any egg even though I mentioned should I get more egg and was told it is enough..: try half an egg if that was within the dish, the lime was just wedged underneath noodles so hot not cool to the touch to add and elbow noodles were mixed in with the flat noodles..I do visit reviews but I also used to work in the industry of reviewing restaurants in the past job, so needless to say a follow up review will come to this restaurant again, and not a Google maps review a more extensive one. I hope next time with the next reviewer things are better and line practices have changed for future customers eating at this establishment.

Had a top notch experience at Noodles and Co Midlothian. The Steak Stroganoff was excellent and was cooked to perfection. It had been a while since I’ve been to this location but the GM Mary walked me through the menu and helped me make the best choice. Her customer service skills were unmatched. Thank you! I do NOT recommend. I ordered the spicy korean beef last night via DoorDash and have been terribly sick all day. Very sick. The food wasnt even good and has drastically changed quality wise compared to a few years ago.

As a Gluten and Dairy sensitive girly, I appreciate the number of options available to me here. The staff was also super knowledgeable about food sensitivity vs allergy so I felt confident in ordering food that’s going to keep my body healthy. I got the Pasta Fresca with grilled chicken and no cheese. It’s so tasty and gave me all the cozy feels on a cold winters day.

None of the cooks are wearing hair nets and their hair was hanging in their faces. No one was wearing gloves while handling the food and the utensils. My noodles were undercooked for both dishes. From the service that was provided, I'm curious to know who is in charge.
Was my first time trying noodles and company and I got the 4 cheese fettuccine Alfredo with the side of wisconsin mac n cheese. The cashier at front was very polite and enthusiastic, atmosphere was quiet the food when eating was hot and fresh and tasted delicious.. probably the best fettuccine I have eaten in awhile!!! Will definitely be going back in the future. ◡̈

I tried calling to place a to go order, and was denied service due to the time. I called right at 8:59pm on a Sunday, while we were on the phone he asked me what I wanted I expressed to him I wanted Pad Thai. However, as soon as it turned 9pm he then stops me in mid sentence and explains the system shuts down at 9pm. I drove all the way over here to try the famous Noodle & Company and was denied service.

Cashier gave two good recommendations for choices after my request to pick something for me. Went with steak pad Thai and buffalo chicken Mac which were both great. Quick prep time and great service!
