O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

My uncle and I stopped off after our boxing workout to get a late meal. They actually served us about 45 minutes before closing and they served us well. The server was a real sweetheart and she was very attentive. The food was good. My uncle got the fish and chips and I got the salmon. Overall, this visit was good and I will continue to support this business.

They were very fast with our food and the service was amazing. We were there with two small kids and it was super kid friendly too so it was helpful that they were so fast. They might have been emptier than normal but we had lots of time though to just eat. The for was delicious and we are looking forward to when we get back there again. It will be soon, we already know that.

Ordered steak and salmon combo. Asked for medium rare, was well done. Salmon was dry and hard. Asparagus was cold and did not appeared cooked. Also asked for no sour cream in mash potatoes but got a lot of sour cream

??? The food was subpar, the fried pickles taste lake they were fried in fish grease, wait staff were really rude. I'm not sure if they were having a bad day, but it wasn't a pleasant experience. Soup wasn't hot and gross, no one listened to directions of the food order, plates were sloppily made, and the fries were cold. It's a no-go for us, IYKYK ??

Perfect food I’ve eaten here a few times and it’s been five star each time.Definitely recommend the bone pork.Waiters are also super nice and fast.Relaxing yet fun atmosphere.

My husband and I went for an early Valentine's Day celebration. My husband had so enjoyed the baby back ribs before. He ordered them again. When they came out you could tell without even cutting them that they were dry. After he had a little the waitress did ask how our meal was. He told her they were very dry. She offered more BBQ sauce. Not the solution! My husband said they tasted like they were from last week. Very disappointing!I did have the filet which was delicious and cooked perfectly medium!!

I went to O'Charley's with a group of women for a luncheon. The staff was very welcoming and set us up in a long table in a relatively private area. Most of us ordered salads with various toppings. I also had chicken tortilla soup, which was flavorful and still hot when it arrived. The menu is full of good choices for lunch and for dinner. We had a great time and were treated well. The waitstaff was efficient in getting us our checks. All in all, the group agreed it was a great restaurant choice.

Parking: Lots of free parking close to the entrance doors.

On the positive side, the fresh broccoli was crisp; unfortunately, it was the only positive aspect of the meal. The server obviously did not want to work on a Saturday night. We ordered ribs and chicken tenders with a side salad, and shrimp and chicken tenders with broccoli. The server spilled salad dressing on the table when delivering the salad, partially wiping it off with a napkin. We received two orders of ribs and chicken tenders. Upon notification, the server removed the incorrect order and returned with the chicken on the same plate. Hopefully, the next person who ordered ribs did not receive the reject. The shrimp was acceptable, but a little salty.I paid for the meal electronically and the server kept returning, trying to look at my phone.Such a disappointing meal at this location!

It has a rough appearance. The carpet is disgusting. It needs to be replaced. A shampoo won't do it. The club sandwich was more bread and little filling. The potato soup tasted a salt lick.The server was the only saving grace.

Would have left 5 stars had it not been for the service we received! The manager on duty was very welcoming, but our server must have been having a bad day! She sat in the booth next to us to take our order for our family of five and then walked away sighing and rolling her eyes. We also witnessed other patrons receiving the sighing and eye rolling treatment. When it was time for payment she decided to be chatty and apologize for being pulled (not busy at all) to the other side of the restaurant. Great food, unfortunately the bad service trumped it!!

We ordered through GrubHub and we were missing a pie. Any other restaurant when something is out of stock, they tell the driver who then will contact us to see what we'd like to do. Even McDonald's! We called the restaurant to ask about the missing pie and was told they don't have any. So I questioned why weren't we notified. They said that deliveries they just put on a shelf and the drivers pick it up. That is just absolutely ridiculous. No notification. So it looks like the driver missed part of the order. The customer should be notified so that they are aware of the situation and not expecting something that doesn't show up. It is a very bad business practice. The customer service is subpar. I can see why people don't eat there.

We went on a Tuesday & got seated quickly. It took a little bit for our server to get our drink order so that was annoying. I had the chicken nachos, which were on special for $5. Dine-in only but worth it. Spicy cheese wedges were delicious, as always. My husband had a shrimp pasta dish that he said was okay.

I had not been here in over 10 years. Food & service was good. Prices reasonable. I will resume going back to this restaurant. Plenty of parking. Building on ground level - no steps to go in. And handicap parking spaces. And traffic light on nearby street to get you into the big traffic Hull Street.

The food was delicious and the staff was kind. I'm a little surprised at the establishment seats...This is duck tape my friends. The seats are very much worn out i general but this is just ghetto. ?

We had the family sirloin steaks meal. All four of our steaks were cooked as requested, smashed potatoes delicious & side salad fresh and crisp. Great value!
