Food was nasty did order online still wont ready when we picked it up not worth the money and they take tips out of my money if I pickup my food lost their minds that nasty food

Very busy Saturday night but our waitress was amazing . The food was delicious although it took a while to come out , the appetizer was perfect . And the bread...lord yes it was good. The cost was slightly higher than comparable steak houses but the food and service is worth it.

Salad preparation with fresh ingredients. Wedge salad is one of my favorites. Baked potato was hot and cooked well. Complimentary bread and creamy butter. Food has always been timely and delicious!

Lydia was a great bartender and chatted with me during my time at outback. Very friendly and we need more bartenders like her.
Not happy at all. Ordered 3 hours in advance. Ask for it to be ready by 6:00pm. I arrived 5 minutes early to find out they never started cooking our food. By 6:28 finally received our meal. Took the 6 minute trip home to find out my sides are missing and the food was ice cold. Nothing like ordering a $30 steak and many other meals and having to cook them when you get home. Thanks for running my 16 anniversary dinner.

Very bad customer service i’ve experienced for the first time ever in all the times I’ve dined in here. The waitress name is Rosemary. She acted as if we did not exist the whole time. Never asked if we needed anything. Kept walking past our table until we finally called out to her. We ended up getting our food to go because she completely ruined our mood. At this point idk if we will ever come back because of her terrible customer service! & she did not apologize.

You can not beat their $14.99 special. Salad or soup, choice of 7oz sirloin, chicken or coconut shrimp, side & a dessert. Our meal was perfectly paced & served hot & fresh. Anjel or server was very attentive! We will be back.
