Wonderful service… food is fantastic

Good atmosphere that’s about it. I don’t know if they were short staffed or what, but had a 6pm reso didn’t get sat until almost 6:45. Drinks finally came 20 minutes after being sat salads came another 30 minutes after that and finally with a 6pm reso our entrees hit the table at 8:10… in boxes to go as we had somewhere to be across town at 9. The closest thing we got to anything kind of apology from an employee was “the kitchen is very hit or miss here”. Guess we had the B team in tonight. I can only speak for two dishes, and yes they had been boxed and sat for about 30 min , but to quote my wife “ I thought veal was suppose to be tender?” I had the carbonara and while the pasta itself was great, the sauce had an egg flavor that would be award winning…. If I had ordered an omelette… last and final
Gripe… we are serving veal and chicken Marsala and parm with no noodles? $30 a plate for Marsala and parm the traditional side of noodles that has been served with every Marsala and parm entree since the beginning of time is now an up charge?

I was so excited to try out the food today for the first time, but was very dissatisfied and disappointed in the food quality. First, we went there to eat in, but we were told there were no tables available, even thought the patio was essentially empty, with only one family out there. So we went ahead and ordered to-go. We both ordered the carbonara which did not taste like much… I am a huge fan of carbonara, but I will NOT be going back for seconds. It really just didn’t have any flavor unfortunately. We also ordered mozzarella sticks which we were going to eat on the drive home, but they were all in one big gooey mess and were cold by the time we got them. We literally couldn’t even get them apart. We were told it would be a 30 minute wait after we ordered, but we waited almost an hour and paid a lot of money for food that wasn’t really worth it. The only good part of the meal was the garlic bread that comes with the meal… now those are very tasty. Otherwise I would say the food is very mid and can’t say I’d recommend this place to anyone.

So friendly, food is great, variety of drinks is good, everything looks clean. The owner is the one taking you to your table and I saw her eating there, so that's a good sign.

This was by far the worst experience we’ve had here. We have probably been here on at least three or four other occasions and it has always been good. Today was horrible. We were seated for 50 minutes before the waitress even took our order. We did get our drinks and our small appetizer but 50 minutes before taking our dinner order?! Our waitress kept telling us that they were backed up in the kitchen and how busy they were. They were not packed by any means. There were plenty of empty tables. I think they are extremely under staffed. Our waitress was pleasant enough buy forgot my husband’s pasta. The food was still decent but I don’t think we will be going back anytime soon.

I’ve taken my girlfriend here twice now. One thing is consistent the owner is extremely unwelcoming. When you walk in she doesn’t greet you. She stands there and gives you a look that suggests “why are you here”. The first time the food was great. This second time the chicken was horrible way over seasoned and dry. We sat outside and had to ask for the arrangement. It seemed she would’ve rather had us leave. One of the buss boys cleaning the table next to us covered us in cleaning spray and didn’t even apologize. The service was very slow. We waited over 30 minutes for salads and before we could take 2 bites, our cold main dishes showed up. We were both very disappointed. I don’t think we will be returning.

For context since the owner would like to accuse me of lying. The booths outside were covered in pollen and she sent a young man out to clean them off with a spray bottle and a rag. It was very windy out that day. Hints spraying the surface in the wind causes the chemicals to travel. Most owners would apologize for customers receiving a bad experience and look to improve service. You’ve made it clear to everyone that you don’t care about that. Have a blessed day.

For years, I have frequented Palermo’s however after the most recent experience with the owner, never will my family nor I dine there again. After my food came out over cooked, chicken hard and burnt, it was inedible. Things happen so it could have easily been rectified however, after speaking with the owner/manager, she was not only rude but disgustingly disrespectful. As someone who has worked in the food service industry, I get mistakes happen however the way I was spoken to was enough to warrant a warning to other patrons. Dine at your own risk!

First time eating at this restaurant. It was popular. We waited to be seated since we didn’t have a reservation. The espresso martini was delicious. Ordered the chicken fettuccini Alfredo and the carbonara. Both were good and the portions size was good. Also the bruschetta appetizer tasted very fresh. Only critique the service time was long, we enjoyed the conversation but could have been out sooner. Will likely be returning again.

Sicilian food this is not a steak and cheese joint. Everything was delicious. This was the first time we had been there. They have a fully stocked bar and very large tables to accommodate a big group of friends and family. The portion sizes are pretty large. We had to take the rest of the food home. We will be coming back again.

Pappadelle Al Sugo. Bland, boiled meats void of any seasoning. Not edible. Can't imagine our surprise upon trying the first folk full. Not their best on that day.

Awesome atmosphere! Amazing food and drinks. Staff was welcoming very helpful explaining the different specials. Definitely making this one of our regular spots!
