Had never been here before but the manager or owner Michael came and explained the menu and options and pricing, He let me try food options and it was so good and fresh!! Very very good hospitality, excellent pricing, clean and professional. I was ordering for my family who all loved the food I brought home. Will be back đ.

Wouldnât even give 1 star for the service I received. Ordered and waited out front as instructed to get my food. Time went by. Watched as everyone went in and went out to with their food. Still no order for me. Went in and got a refund. No sorry from the manager. No nothing. Micheal should have had better manners to customers. Bad customer service.

Never order delivery. Expect it to absolute garbage!!! They give you literally the garbage leftovers and nothing is packed the way it is for someone coming into their location. Wonderful right, I am trying to keep their business thriving and they could care less. Hate restaurants these days and this one is one of the worst

Had an issue that as of lately was happening to often with not getting what I paid for. I decided to call and and complain respectfully because the location and people always made me feel welcomed. I spoke to someone who gave me to someone and after explaining my issues with no expectations or demands thr young lady offered to replace the meal. I gave her my information and came by the next day and spoke to the young man who got the manager and embarrassed me to the point that I wondered if I would ever return. I told him my name and told him I was in the replacement book and without even looking, he integrated me and asked me for everything but the square root of pi. After I got my phone from my vehicle to confirm time of conversation he had already gotten the book, found my name and was remaking the meal which was detailed in the book with half portions. I was so bothered, I gave it to a man who was asking for food at an intersection and went home and ate leftovers. Unbelievable

Ordered a family meal while in the Kroger parking lot. Even though the place was really busy - By the time I got to Panda it was ready (5 minutes max). This is fast and I appreciate that! I was prepared to wait a while. Food is pretty good too!
Love this location! The service is always on point, and everyone is so friendly. Also, the food is good, and they are always willing to make it fresh for you if requested.

Definitely donât recommend this location, at least not the drive thru. God forbid you order sweet fire chicken⊠youâll be told to park in a spot and theyâll âbringâ your order out. Mind you, they told me it should be around a 5-6 minute wait. 20 minutes later and nothing. So now I have to go in, which Iâm not prepared to do, hence going through the drive thru, to get my order. Which STILL isnât ready. Recently had a similar drive thru issue where we had to wait forever. I get itâs cooked fresh and all, and the food IS good, but I mean come on. Either figure out your drive thru or remove it!!! No need to inconvenience everyone else.
