Ordered a family meal while in the Kroger parking lot. Even though the place was really busy - By the time I got to Panda it was ready (5 minutes max). This is fast and I appreciate that! I was prepared to wait a while. Food is pretty good too!

Definitely don’t recommend this location, at least not the drive thru. God forbid you order sweet fire chicken… you’ll be told to park in a spot and they’ll “bring” your order out. Mind you, they told me it should be around a 5-6 minute wait. 20 minutes later and nothing. So now I have to go in, which I’m not prepared to do, hence going through the drive thru, to get my order. Which STILL isn’t ready. Recently had a similar drive thru issue where we had to wait forever. I get it’s cooked fresh and all, and the food IS good, but I mean come on. Either figure out your drive thru or remove it!!! No need to inconvenience everyone else.

Good food. It's getting to where the service culture is going a little downhill, though. In our last experience, a worker jumped in line in front of several customers. Also, the server behind the counter skipped us for a bit.

I think they cut the budget on the food to pay the employees so much. Rice was undercooked, everything else was bland very dissapointed
