Hair in my food would not replace. Told me it was mine. I have grey hair not black so what kind of logic is that. But ok I'll call corporate I gave them the food back and left. I don't want hair in my food. So nasty. Yes, I taked to a small women that obviously hates life and call her self a manager. Don't eat here........bad customer service I payed for food I could not eat and was told it was my fault.

The little girl manager is mean and rude they should find somebody who isn't a b#$%^. It's only fast food no reason to treat your customer so bad. I definitely will not go back to this place. Wow is all I have to say WOW WOW

Kyseem at the hull street location was so sweet and amazing, we went there with my grandma who speaks very little English and she thought he was an incredible and patient young man. He blessed my family’s night!

There was a little mistake on my pick up order, in that I got a bowl instead of a plate. When I called to get this fixed they were glad to make it right. When I arrive back at the place sometime later to actually get my order, to my surprise they replaced my whole order! Exceeded my expectations. This panda has a permanent customer.

The food here has always been pretty good. Especially if you're having to stop quickly and grab something. Today was the first time I ever interacted with Kyseem. He is one of the nicest people, and has an AMAZING attitude. I wish people were as nice as he is more often.
Excellent food, very good service. Good for takeout. Ambiance noisy. Of the ones we have tried in the Richmond, VA, we prefer the one in Midlothian.

Placed a mobile order for pick up kinda late, 9:15. Never been to this location before. Place was very clean, woman who greeted me was very kind, she confirmed my sauces were included. Food was still hot and fresh after 15 minutes driving home! Def will be back!
