Food was good, but only received half sandwich instead of full one I ordered and paid for online, for pickup. Too far away to address when I realized this. Called and manager refunded- pleased that this was handled well.

I went in to pickup an order last night and no one greeted me when I came in. I got home to realize I was missing 3 items in my order. The food was fair at best. I tried contacting the store twice and no answer. I called the next day and I’m not happy with the resolution they gave me.

I am wondering if the even do cleaning anymore. The bathroom is disgusting. Only surface wiping. I can't imagine the last time it had a real scrubbing and the clear tea dispenser looks like it hasn't been cleaned between pots in a while either.

It is 8:45 pm and I drove from Powhatan to get dinner here. The doors are closed and the employees just look away.

Open until 9pm… Do not allow dine in guests after 8:30pm. Employees cussing about the “for here” order that was allowed to be placed via the Ziosk and one even made a comment about how their manager is going to be pissed. Easy fix, I took it Togo and do not have an issue with that. The additional commentary in front of me made it easy not to come back to this location.

This was the first time we've been to Panera Bread. We stopped to grab some lunch after shopping. Our sandwiches were very good and we will definitely go again.
I’m a SIP member, and the last three times I visited, there was only hazelnut coffee available. Each time, I had to wait 10 minutes. Today at 4:30, I asked for decaffeinated coffee. The man at the counter informed me that the boss had decided they don’t make decaf after 2:30, but he kindly offered to check if she would make some. I eventually received my coffee, but the manager slammed the large coffee container in its holder. While most employees are friendly when serving coffee, this manager had a very bad attitude. She didn’t acknowledge me when I spoke to her and seemed visibly upset—possibly because I requested decaf. I’ve never had any problem at any of the other Panera bread, but it seems this one has its problems. In the picture shown below, there’s dark roast, but it was empty too. Thank you, Sherry and Rich.
