Wonderful service. Always fresh and delicious. And their points system is amazing as well.

I got a riddle for you guys. What’s worse than a $12 sandwich that doesn’t have the condiments you asked for on the side? Answer : Order at Panera and you’ll find out. Seriously, you need to do a better job of quality control and maybe ask your employees to take their earbuds out because I don’t believe their attention span can handle fulfilling orders and to God knows what the same time

Good food a bit confusing menu with half and whole sandwiches. I've never dined in a place where it was an option.
Disappointing who ever owns Panera does not take better care of the property. Women’s bathroom, enter at your own risk. It’s disgusting and gets no attention. The entrance is impossible to get more than one car in or out. Even the tables inside don’t look like they ever get cleaned. If those things are not worth anyone’s time, then it makes me question what the kitchen is like.

Good gosh, what happened to this place? The last couple of visits have been terrible. I used to go once a week to treat myself for breakfast. Usually it's pretty simple. However, the last 4-5 times, I've had to either wait several minutes in the front counter, and/or let the pickup area across the restaurant know I'm wanting to place an order. The second to last time, the guy had an attitude.
The last time, the person up front was so involved in filling a HUGE order of bagels, and when I said 'hello' - he replied that he would be ready 'in a minute.' 7 minutes later and a growing line, I asked 'how much longer', and all he could say 'just a minute'. Why can't this person be trained to inform his colleagues to help him out and take care of the customers. I ran out of time and had to leave. This place is done for me. No matter how much I like Panera, I'm no longer interested in returning to this one only to be treated like this. Either you close the counter and make it online, or train your employees basic customer service.
No idea why I keep ordering from this Panera. My last 3 orders have been wrong. I contacted customer service the first two times. The first time they sent me a coupon but I never heard from them the second time. Don’t waste your time or money.

This is a nice location, off the beaten path, yet still in a busy shopping center just on the outskirts. The seating options vary from small comfy chairs and tables, booths, and high tables to standard low tables. It's clean with good lighting and decor. I have had a couple of meetings here with chai lattes, which are always consistently good.
Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian and vegan selections.
Parking: Large lot surrounding the building
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to navigate and plenty of space between tables.

Always out of food, takes FOREVER, and when you finally get it it’s ALWAYS incorrect.
worst Panera ever.
i don’t usually go to this one because by the time i get off work they are always out of everything. everyone has been sick at the house so i got soup for two days. day 1 delivery and the dasher had to help me substitute 2 of the 3 items, and then they didn’t even give bread but chips. day 2 husband went through drive through and both soups just broth, cold. no chicken, no veggies maybe a noodle or two.
i guess they care more about loss products than they do actual sales. because i will not be going back to this one. i’ll be stopping by Kroger less than a mile away and getting it there and heating it up at home. at least they won’t run out of bread either.

The young woman named Ally or Ashley not sure her name telling me I have to leave and discriminating towards me was down right rude I would like to speak with the district manager. This is slandering on her part. Told my wife and me the order had to be to go or she would cancel the order.

Very long wait times in the drive-thru, they don’t always serve the most fresh foods, AND make sure to check your order before driving off as they’re known to hand out the wrong orders/mix-up orders. All of the aforementioned I’ve encountered over and over again, not a one time thing, unfortunately.
