We have tried multiple times to place large orders (usually for about 10 people) for our office, and they always seem to mess it up. Either they claim they never got the online order, which I received an email confirmation for, or they leave things out, or just plain forget to give you your entire order when the two bags are sitting right next to each other on their counter. The staff in the kitchen is always rude and never apologizes for screwing things up. Today was your last chance Panera, you will no longer be receiving our $125+ orders from our office.

Worst Panera. We love Panera and we're happy to have a new one closer to home. Looks are deceiving. It may be newer but the service is awful. Rude young staff. The drive through is insanely slow even if it's just a bagel you are ordering. Once we waited 15 min early. No line and they said they were busy (they weren't). Recently they were out of bagels at 10 a.m. Isn't that a main item?! I gave them multiple chances but no more. We will drive elsewhere. Thinking the owner is wealthy and owns tons of franchises and just doesn't care.

Didn't know that they had gotten rid of the Balsamic Vinagerette dressing a year ago. Got a salad that tasted like fruit, GROSS!!! If I wanted a fruit salad I would have ordered one, and quite frankly that isn't for you to decide Panera. Literally the only reason I ever came to Panera. So Byeeeee!!!!
I absolutely love this location I am a college student so I spend long hours here and the employees and manager here are so great and kind !! By far the best Panera in this area!

I keep trying this location because it's most convenient for me. However, I can't remember the number of times I've had wrong or missing items from my orders, there have been so many. Disappointing when you forget to check your to go order, and realize after you get home 8 miles later it's not correct... Most times I remember, except for last week when I ordered Fuji Apple salad with chicken, but found there was no chicken. I went back, the manager on duty got it corrected, but never apologized for the inconvenience. I think I might be done with this location.

Make sure you check your order before you leave. It's probably wrong. Service is way behind on this location. I guess they haven't found the right leadership. Expect your drive through order to be wrong, so check it before driving away.
