I have worked in food service for ten years, so I don't leave this review to be harsh, as I know how stressful the job can be. At the same time, I also know how valuable feedback is, which is why I'm sharing mine.
Tonight, I ordered online from this Papa John's and requested toppings only on the left half of my pizza, leaving the right half plain cheese. When I picked it up, not only were there very few toppings, but they were scattered across both sides of the pizza, and the pizza hadn't even been sliced.
When I entered the restaurant, I also noticed that the staff seemed extremely overworked and overwhelmed. Without anyone dedicated to the front, walk-in and carryout customers often go unacknowledged. There also doesn't seem to be a streamlined system for pickup orders, leaving the kitchen staff in chaos trying to sort everything out. On top of that, there are no heat lamps for pickup orders, so if you arrive a little late, your pizza is cold.
The pizza itself was still delicious, but I do hope these issues can be improved for a smoother customer experience in the future.

Small, clean with ample parking. No tables. Just take out or delivery. Called & used automated system. Did not allow me to request that the pizza be well done & square cut, which their online system allows. The pizza was very good and was ready for pickup very quickly. Handicap accessible.

I have ordered from this store 3 times now and twice the food was delivered late. I recently got a “we’re sorry, about your food, order again with this free promo code for a free medium cheese pizza.” Come find out the code given, wasn’t even valid. Won’t be ordering from this store again.

One of the two pizzas I ordered this evening was completely wrong. Some of my family couldn't eat because they couldn't have what was delivered. When I call the phone number for this location, it rings 7 times, and then Verizon says, "This call cannot be completed as dialed. Please check the number and try your call again." Ots the same phone number in the Papa John's app and on Google. This is ridiculously poor and unacceptable.
Chase makes mean crust (and pizza when they let him); it is soft and worth eating the edges. I am not an "edge eater", just too much dough and it is usually too hard. 5-stars to this young man for his crust skills! The store is clean, the workers are friendly, and not a long wait for food.

Whole order was undercooked. Cookie was completely raw in the middle. Manager did not believe me and was rude and very unprofessional. Not even a sorry for the inconvenience, just a "What do you want me to do about". After reading pervious reviews this seems to be a constant issue among other. Perhaps have your oven tested.

Driver left big stain in our driveway! The driver just drove off and had no courtesy to let us know. Either he threw up or he spilled a drink. We called in and spoke to the store manager but he did not offered no solution. I'll never use this store in the future.
