They never delivered my pizza. The delivery person pulled up too my house and never got out. Called the manager and nothing was done about it and said the delivery person had other routes to do before they came back to my house.

Ordered on Halloween so understandable that the wait would be long but we got order confirmation at 3:40pm for delivery scheduled at 5:15pm. When the pizza still wasn’t delivered at 5:45 I tried to get an update through the phone. When I selected 2 for “order update” in the phone tree I was answered and then immediately hung up on. This happened 5 times then I selected place a new order and got to an employee immediately. We left to Trick-or-treat at 6:10pm and still no pizza. It was delivered while we were gone and cold by the time we got back. No offer to make it right no accountability and the customer service was horrible. Can you imagine being hung up on when all you need to know is if it’s worth it to wait or not for the food ordered 2 hours ago?

Very good fast food pizza. Service was swift despite being busy. Prices a bit higher than competitors, but quality was as well. Didn't like the cookie. Very nice service people.

My family ordered pizza and other food items to have a pizza party which was ruined by this establishment. We had asked for no contact delivery and our food was delivered but then taken back to the store when nobody answered. Again, we asked for CONTACTLESS DELIVERY. While I am a fan of Papa John's, I would not recommend this establishment, I would rather dirty my hands at Pizza Hut than ever eat from this establishment again.
Waited over an hour for the food .Driver arrived with the wrong order.Manager offered no fix, except to restart the order from the beginning - not helpful and does nothing to acknowledge the actual problem of the time that was wasted.Online customer service was even worse, believe it or not.0/10 all the way around.

This review is to reflect Josh, the manger’s terrible customer service.His team charged us wrong for 6 pizzas during a party at the children’s museum and refused to correct the issue.As manager it’s pretty sad that he was not at all genuinely concerned with our issue.Thanks

I scheduled my pizza to be delivered at 6:45 and requested touchless delivery. Out of no where I get an email that my order had been cancelled. I called the store and spoke to Alex and he was very nonchalant about the situation. He stated we don't do touchless delivery due to people filing claims and stating they never received their pizza. If that's the case why do you'll have it as an option on the website? At this point the kids and I are starving and all Alex can say is reorder on the website. Where is the accountability? No one call or email me but cancel my pizza order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! Horrible Management & Customer Service! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I got a bowl instead of a pizza. It had enough meats mixed in with the vegetables. I enjoyed it more than I thought I would. I would order it again. Unlike with a pizza, no leftovers.
