Just yesterday I was telling someone that this place is my favorite in Southside to get a sub .

Then today I'm picking up my sandwich and see a guy drop a knife on the floor and pick that thing right back up and use it on the line. Disgusting. I'll never come back.

Penn station was a staple for me and my family growing up. I haven't had it in about 12 years so I tried it today since I was close to one. I got the philly and fries and it took me back to when I was a kid. Nothing will ever beat it. The food is always good.

Great food , good service. What a difference between this penn station off of hull st , compared to the one off of rt.60 in midlothian ( went to the rt.60 one several weeks back and it was awful ) . This experience was much much better. The manager , Brittaney has always kept her store on point. I’ve seen her for years at both Penn Stations - and wherever she goes , the food and service is always great ! Will be visiting this one next time I’m in the mood for P.S.

2nd time at this location. My 1st sandwich was ok. Today, I received a sandwich that was horribly lacking. My coworkers also ordered sandwiches, which were proper.

No refund or replacement offered.

Was told that they were weighed out and proper. Photos and video available to see. Unsatisfactory experience.

I stopped by on my way home from work and ordered a large chicken teriyaki sub with lettuce and tomatoes to go. I got home and my sub was missing tomatoes…it’s happened a a few times but the food is always good and the issue always rectified with no problem…until tonight. When I called I had the not so pleasure of speaking with whom I found out was the store manager…her name is Riley by the way. I called to express my issue and when I told her my order and what went wrong she first asked did you at least get the lettuce, I said yes but I have no tomato. Not a big deal, until she decided to ask well what do you want me to do about it…it’s just tomato. The issue in itself is you made a mistake, I was them told by her they were busy at the time which I called her out on being a lie as I was the only customer in there besides one who walked in right after me…nobody else and no other orders. She then stated the they had just finished a big rushed when I called her out for lying to me she got super flustered and hung up. I called back twice and spoken with Zach who informed me that he is “sorry” we got into an argument and she walked off and refused to take my call again. So on top of being unprofessional…you can’t put your emotions to the side and deal with a simple issue. Great Job Penn Station…y’all are killing it with your employees top notch…

Food and staff were great! The price of everything is why I dropped a star. My family of 5 (3 kids 6 and under) spent almost $70 for lunch. The bread was nice and soft, fries were fresh and hot, all the meat and veggies were fresh. It tasted great! The kids loved the cheese bread as well.
