Artichoke sun was surprisingly good! They suggested we get mushrooms on it as well which was the right call!

Food and staff were great! The price of everything is why I dropped a star. My family of 5 (3 kids 6 and under) spent almost $70 for lunch. The bread was nice and soft, fries were fresh and hot, all the meat and veggies were fresh. It tasted great! The kids loved the cheese bread as well.

Drove here for NOTHING. Y'all don't close at 10. Fix your hours

Gotta be real. Mediocre at best. I had the Reuben. Very little actual taste. Too much bread to meat ratio. Fries were ok. Not salted. A bit greasy. It was clean but very cold inside. I won't be back.

They fell off, not what it used to be. The place looks and feels dirty, the food is mediocre.

My experience was pleasant nothing over the top. I typically order and Philly cheesesteak and a chicken parmesan sub. I’ve never had to return my food. It’s always made in a timely fashion and everything is cooked fresh. No complaints and I’ll definitely continue to order here.

I went into this shop next to Home Depot on 10/13 at 11:35 am and can I just say they have the worst customer service I have seen in a while. The first guy working the register looked at us when we walked in and instead of greeting just turned and went about his business. We had lots of questions since this was our first and last time coming here and he seemed annoyed at me asking just a couple simple questions. The other worker in the back was nice and even went above to bring a drink out to us when we were waiting. If the first guy is a manager then I would give him some customer service training and give him a rundown of what customer service should be. I was suggested by someone to come here and I will never be back and I will tell everyone the type of experience I had here today. Just a terrible experience. Hopefully the food is good but I almost don’t care how good it is because of how we felt leaving the shop

I’m not going to put service on blast because they are nice people. Seriously though what in the world is going on with American restaurants? I’m personally sick of walking out with a $30 bill only to get home and have off tasting food because your meal was cooked with either old ingredients or frozen junk. Enough is enough. I only ate a few bites of the standard cheesteak I got and I feel disgusting and sick.

Ordered online. Got my food 15 minutes after the online eta. The girl behind the counter had no sense of urgency when she had plenty of sandwiches to top. She did all sorts of nonsense instead of making sandwiches. Then finally she finished making my sandwich and wrapped it up, mind you the only thing in my order was the sub, and preceded to do something else instead of turning around and handing me my sandwich. So my sub sitting wrapped and ready to go just sat there while she did other things. Then i eat half which was delicious and stuffed full of meat. However i get home and eat the other half and theres hardly any meat on the second half. So we cannot even spread the meat properly. This was basically the only place i eat out and now after my last 2 experiences i doubt ill eat here. Despite the delectable taste of the food the service and abilities of those behind the counter lack even the basic competence to make a sub.

We ordered a ham and cheese sub on multigrain bread. The bread was very fresh and the ingredients were plentiful as well as delicious. We got fries and a drink with the meal. The fries were nicely cooked. All in all a pretty good experience.

I moved from Michigan and finally got to eat a Penn Station Classic Italian Sub again. On top of this Franchise being a Private Franchise and not Publicly traded in the stock exchange. I have noticed they have the utmost best quality meats and the bread can not be matched by any other low quality publicly traded sub store. It was the best sub I have had in Virginia so far. I have a feeling this Franchise will be trending very soon because they have not lowered their quality for profit. Support local and support privately owned. Support this place , you will not be dissatisfied or disappointed. Oh yeah. Forgot to mention the lemonade is hand squeezed. Best lemonade in town as well.
