I know one thing!!! I have to get the name of the lady manager or maybe she is the franchisee, but next time I am in there I will update my review. The manager that has taken over this place in the past 4-6yrs has really done a great job. She is a hard worker and hires good staff. She has really transformed this spot into a nice place to eat. Food is great!! Staff is good!!! Environment is nice!! If you like subs, I highly recommend you trying this joint out for lunch or dinner!
We are from Jersey and really miss the subs back home. We ordered the Turkey and Provolone "east coast style" and it was so good. We went back the next day and ordered it again with a snack size Italian "east coast style". This is our new sub shop.
My order took 20 minutes so I asked for a refund. The manager informed me that the delay wasn't their fault and declined to refund me. I informed him that I wouldn't be returning and he said that was fine and walked off. They have zero interest in customer service.

Just went to Penn Station and had the best sub. They have great subs but also the politeness and professionalism of the workers was amazing. They greeted and acknowledged every customer on the way in and out. Also they had small conversations with the customers while they waited. Two of the workers were Abbey and Aj. I didn't get the third persons name but he was extremely polite as well.

the service was bad order a foot long sub and large fries and the lady can't pay attention to the Order right on the phone because she ask me large fries I said yes and I told her I wanted my sub to I will not go here because it's not good no more

Penn Station is my go to for both Philly Cheese Steak and Chicken Philly subs. The fries are always very fresh and generous. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars was because the price is a little high.
The worst experience ever! These ppl are super racist towards ppl with dark skin it should be shut Down! The food was awful! They made a sandwich but gave me a fork saying everything came off my sandwich! Of course if u took it off! The name should be whites only! That's y there's no blacks working there! I hate this place!
