too little food. Never come again

I ate there tonight with my wife for dinner. A very quaint, quiet place with good food. Had the veggie soft rolls with peanut sauce as an appetizer, which were great! Had the 4 piece chucken wings also, which were really great as well. For the main course, I had the chicken pho... which came in a big bowl with bean sprouts on the side with sliced jalapeños. I ate it all up and loved it. We'll be back.

Very good, food comes out quick, but a little pricey for what it is.

Today I ordered takeout pho and it was amazing. The green onions and basil were fresh plenty of noodles and accessories. The broth was so clear and amazing. I’m so glad this place has returned to its previous excellence.

I have been all over united states and had pho and this is the worst place I have ever had..

Not the same! Dirty, less tasty, and COCKROACHES! Never again. Bye!

I got a meal from this place days ago I was unsatisfied with the meals so I politely called the store to ask for a refund. The girl on the phone promised to get the owner/manager on the phone so I can come in and refund my money, I waited a day, called back spoke to the same girl and she once again promised to have the manager call me back again waited another day I just called back today and she once again promised the manager was going to call me back immediately she did not I tried calling two more times and they are now ignoring my call do not come here they are very expensive for not much food and customer service is not valued to them at all. Please do not waste your time here.

Wouldn’t recommend due to portion sizes :( I placed a pick up order over the phone for pho soup, shrimp egg rolls and bubble tea (they said they could do 50% the normal sugar to make it less sweet). When I arrived, they didn’t seemed to have record of my order. I only waited a less than 10 minutes before the food was ready & they were nice & apologized about the wait. When I got home & opened up the food, the pho soup came with such a small portion of meat not even suitable for 1 person, the egg rolls had no shrimp & the bubble tea was very sweet so I don’t think they really adjusted the sugar levels.

My mom ordered online through Beyond Menu at 7:01. The order was confirmed and Beyond Menu said it would arrive at 7:32. I called at 8:02 because it still hadn't arrived. They answered on the first ring, took some information, and said that the manager would call me right back because they handle the online orders.

I did not get a call back.

Our food was delivered at 8:14 and the man who delivered told me to "be smart and order from the restaurant and not a website" because the order will come faster and they had to find a delivery driver.

Okay, why do you use a third party site if you don't want people to order from it?

We unpacked the $72 meal and only got 1 of the 3 soups we ordered. I called several more times (8 in all) to try to get through to someone to see about a redelivery or a refund and they never picked up. Even though the first call was answered immediately. So I feel like they were screening my phone calls.

Also, the food was extremely dry.

And they closed at 9 so I can't go up there to get a replacement or anything.

I absolutely do not recommend ordering from here. There are so many other options with so many fusion places around. You can get better Vietnamese food with MUCH better customer service anywhere else.

It's a simple PHO, the soup stock is delicious, and I don't have any problems with it.
I also tried Noodle Soup.
The soup stock is delicious ? The noodles are made from cut rice paper, so the texture and texture is slightly different from PHO.
I guess it's a matter of preference. I press PHO.

Terrible. I ordered carryout and got the combination appetizer and spicy beef pho. The appetizer was completely inedible. The chicken satay was like jerky it was so over cooked, as were the eggroll and dumplings. There was no fresh roll, which was supposed to be included. The pho was okay, but the broth was just like basic beef broth with some Sriracha in it. A good amount of noodles and sprouts, and beef was packaged separately, which was nice. Skip this one.

This is the worst pho restaurant I've experienced in my 36 years. I ordered the meatball and steak pho, my husband and oldest son had the spicy pho, my other son had a rice bowl with steak, and two pho bowls had egg noodles instead of rice. Unfortunately, there was an egg allergy, and we had a reaction to the different noodles.

Each pho had a baggie with raw, bloody meat. Even more disturbing, it sat in the same box as our noodles, bean sprouts, and toppings. Sending raw meat anywhere without disclosing it to the customer is a serious issue, as it can leak onto the noodles and make them inedible.

My bowl had just one meatball cut into four pieces and two tiny one-inch pieces of beef. At first, I thought my husband had pranked me and taken out some of the meat, but other reviews and photos on Google showed similar portions. The egg rolls were so greasy you could wring them out. My children refused to eat because the raw meat, stored in a ziplock bag, was placed in the same bowl as their noodles.

This place is terrible, and it's especially disappointing since I just moved here.Cross your fingers we don’t get food poisoning, like some of the other reviews stated.
