I had my first Pizza Hut pizza in 1968. They are as good today as they were then. The "ToGo" staff is friendly. The app is great.

I just moved in and figured pizza is the best after unpacking. Unfortunately the pizza was smashed to the lid and the wings were tagged incorrectly. No my mouth is on fire and everyone else got to enjoy my none spicy wings

I loved Pizza Hut as a kid, but it just isn’t the same anymore. I think a lot of that has to do with this particular location. I have ordered on multiple occasions and it appears that the store is just plain lazy (take a look at the picture below of some cinnamon breadsticks I got). They didn’t even take the extra two seconds to spread the sauce on it evenly. It makes you wonder if the store is taking adequate safety precautions with this pandemic going on. Will not be ordering from here again and I would advise others to do the same. Give Marcos or Dominos a try if you are looking for something in this price range or try out one of our many local pizza places.

Food has been exceptionally good within the last 2 weeks ( I have ordered 3 times) ...very good and delicious. Proportioned sauce, cheese and toppings. The boneless wings have been good and saucy.

What happened to the pizza hut crust that we all love & want? Was unpleasant to my palate.
Man what a shame. I had dined in at the Midlothian Turnpike location for decades before it moved up the road. Soon after the location moved, they stopped delivering to our neighborhood-even though it's now closer-4.6 miles away. They will deliver to the other neighborhoods that surround us. So I've been getting our pizzas delivered from Marcos for over a year. Plus Pizza Hut decided to start charging an extra $1 for pan crust. No. Well today I decided I wanted Pizza Hut, since it's been over a year that I've had their pizza (we used to order it almost every week for a family of seven). Because they don't deliver to us anymore, we were willing to pick it up. When I tried to order it online, for some reason I could not order a supreme pizza with any kind of crust. Whatever crust I chose, I got a message stating that that combination of ingredients was not available for pizza I chose. I tried to call in my order it kept getting hung up on. So, CLEARLY Pizza Hit does not want my $$. And FYI , don't even think you can get any crust for your supreme pizza from this joint!

We called ahead and said we would arrive at 12:05pm, our pizza was coming out of the oven ready, hot and William provided us great service - making sure we got all plates, utensils and cheese. Thank you.

I order pizzas here because is close to work, but man, they have taken a nosedive. They've been in this location for like a couple of months and the pizza, which used to be as good as Pizza Hut ever got, is now eh. They under cook it, the staff screws up my order about 75% of the time... Take your money and go literally anywhere else.
