Ordered a pizza after a 14 hour shift expected a Pizza Hut delivery person working for their own life wages to deliver it.
From the Pizza Hut app, I received a message that DoorDash will be delivering it and my delivery time so if y’all want a cold pizza delivered through DoorDash use this Pizza Hut.

Food scheduled for delivery at 7:05 and didn’t arrive until after 8 PM. Upon calling the store, the person answered and told me that “everybody was behind tonight.”
Not sure if she was talking about other pizza places, but I’m going to find out. Not ordering from this location again.

The person working at the counter was abrupt and rude. I know that he or she was working under duress but you should always remember that the customer is paying your salary. Please try to speak kindly.

I picked the wrong location when i placed my order on line. But, food was hot and ready when i got there.
Not sure what is going on here but nothing is ready. Order said 6:07 and 5 people in front of me are still not ready. Currently 6:23 and counting

I ordered a pepperoni lovers pizza with extra sauce. What I received was a Luke warm pizza with less pepperoni then what can be found a frozen pizza from the grocery and less sauce then what would normally be on any pizza. I would love to say this was a one time thing but seems the norm from this pizza hut for well over 6 years. Less likely to try again with the absurdly high prices for poor quality.
I've been unhappy with the raised antler location for awhile. Tonight I used reward points for bread sticks and paid for second order received no sauce! Ordered 2 pizzas and while the NY pepperoni was ok, my supreme was undercooked and doughy! Really? Spent hard earned money today. Come on man!?

Ordered online in advance. Check order status and it said order ready 4 minutes before my pickup/order time. Called to make sure it wasn't ready yet, they assured me it wasn't. Arrive for pickup, the blond head girl was very awkward. Order was definitely not fresh and had been sitting ever since I placed the order online. Will not be back

I have nothing left but to show my discontent with such a very poor preparation of the pizza, it came home and we proceeded to supposedly enjoy and pizza that is poorly cooked, the dough is raw and the vegetables are completely uncooked, how come they just added them on top and me they gave it It's unfortunate that I was already at home and didn't come back, but if you. You are reading this, I do not recommend this place to buy this type of food. Hopefully, and to whom it corresponds, they will take action on the matter, because then they will always have bad references.
