I just ordered delivery. I don't what the place is like inside.The crust is very basic, like grocery store frozen pizza crust.Toppings were basic, unremarkable, surprisingly little flavor to them.One of my pizzas was made soft with the other two crispy. I can't imagine why anybody would want it soft like that. That's what they call hand tossed. The hand tossed is just as thin as the thin and crispy, it's just not crispy so don't bother with the hand tossed.They were so stingy with the sauce that I wondered if they forgot it until I finally found some here and there. Like one tablespoon per slice I guess.Yea it's just not good. If you never had Pizza Hut before, don't bother. If you like it for some reason... Why? It's too much money for what it is, you can go to so many other places.

They use door dash so might as well order from a better restaurant. Both times I have ordered, my order was wrong. Then you have to call and chase down your refund. Employees and manager do not respect customers time.

Absolutely awful experience, I ordered a day prior and went to pick up the next evening and waited 45 minutes to be told my order had been moved to the bottom of the list. The manager said she didn’t know what to do, no sorry or hey let me to ahead and get that made, the reply was I don’t know what to do. I canceled my order which was for my daughter and her friends Halloween party and ended up having to grab frozen pizzas. The associates there were using profanity that was easily heard in the lobby, an overall awful experience.

Went there to order pizza stood at the counter 30 minutes no one ever asked may I help you, would you like to order, nothing just ignored like I won't even there. Then to top it off a door dash driver rolls in and sits a order on the counter. Tells the worker this is not the right order for the address I went to. The pizza hut manager looks at the order and says " we been looking for this order" the proceeds to put the order back in the warmer. WHAT? That order went back out to the customer after being sent out to another customer and heaven knows who all handled that food. Very unsafe in this day and age. I left after seeing that and went to Vinny's Italian grill for a carry out order. I had a craving for pizza hut but they cured me at that location. I just wonder if they are all ran like that.
Store is not perfect but doing its best and I love the people who work there now and the food is good. They’re under new management and new crew members and doing there best to get good with the community. They offer their own delivery from 5-8 most night. That helps.

Always order carryout here. Otherwise they will forget part of your order like sauces for breadsticks etc. The people who work here are always very friendly. It's just not work the high priced delivery fees plus tip to deliver a pizza 3 minutes away from the store.

Order was delivered an hour late and was not correct. Associate was very rude on the phone when confronted about issues. Went to the store location and now have to wait for a manager to come in to issue a refund.

Lately is being difficult to find good food and good customer service, but pizza hut keep impressing me with their greatest customer service and an amazing service.
Terrible people here, they hand off grease to spread out in your car. Stay away.
