My family ordered two large pizzas from this location. One was overcooked and one was undercooked. The overcooked one looked like it was cut by a 4 year old and the undercooked pizza was not cut. I’m not expecting top quality food from a chain pizza spot, but I would appreciate if my $30 went to something I could actually enjoy eating.
Stopped ordering from this location because of the number of times they mislabeled and gave me the wrong order, both delivery and pick-up. Unorganized and bad attitudes.
Pizza looked pretty good but when you put it on your plate and you have to wipe your hand off because the bottom of the pizza is so greasy, it's not a good thing.
Horrible experience on 4/20/25 (Easter Sunday)! Ordered pizza at 1:18pm, and was given an estimated delivery time of 1:45pm. By 3:00pm, I still had not received my order. And, after many calls to the store, I kept getting sent to the call center. My husband went to the store to figure out what was going on, and there was only one employee working (taking orders and preparing food) with many customers waiting. I will not be ordering from this Pizza Hut again.
I placed my order at 7:36 PM and was given an estimated delivery time of 8:10 PM. While that was a bit of a wait, I was understanding since it was Easter Sunday. However, around 8:00 PM, the estimated delivery time kept getting pushed back in 10-minute increments.
At 8:30 PM, I contacted the delivery driver, who told me he had been waiting at the location for 10 minutes and no one had even acknowledged him. At 8:40 PM, I reached out to Pizza Hut to find out what was going on, but was connected to a call center representative who said she needed to contact the store directly.
After waiting on hold for 10 minutes, my order was canceled—while I was still on the line waiting for a response. Needless to say, I hung up, frustrated, and I won’t be ordering from this location again. Please read the reviews before you attempt to order from this location.
I thought the pizza we had was good and the staff were very nice to me. I will be coming back again. I had some issues with a gift card but they helped me with it and they were very pleasant about it.
I used the app, my food delivered later the estimate time, I’m missing an item and trying to call the store which no one will answer the phone
There's just no consistency with the quality of pizzas you get. Last ones we ordered were fantastic, perfectly made and amazing and then tonight they were just garbage and terrible
Horrible attitude from workers and disgusting, vile, repulsive, and downright offensive to doordash drivers trying to make a living in today's world. I would never dine here and would never advise someone to order from here. Their quality is very inconsistent and customer service leaves alot to be desired.

every experience here is worse than the last but my stupid wife loves the hut. short and simple today, 2 hour wait with order lost twice girl sitting on the floor in the kitchen vaping and eating then directly back on the line no hand washing, horrible customer communication.

As a career chain delivery driver who's worked for the likes of several bigger restaurants for over a decade. And managed business's transit system overhauls. I can say that without a doubt, the behavior towards Door Dash drivers is despicable. The app loads orders on to drivers, declining them lowers the drivers acceptance rate which they have to maintain a high rating to be paid a liveable wage, so declining any second or given order on top of their current can drastically affect their career pay. Your understanding is void. YOU do not own these drivers, YOU decided to sublease your labor, not pizza hut, as corporate suppliers positions for drivers you decided to take away to make money. YOU decided to sublease your labor to a shorthanded and underpaid market of workers instead of hiring your own. Respect them and hold your lip or hire your own like a big grown adult.
Terrible attitude toward Delivery Drivers , so you're going to tell us we can't do our jobs? And how we should? I would give 0 stars if this app would allow.
