Absolutely disgusting. I have never seen a Pizza Hut pizza look like this. It tasted like some type of generic off brand gas station pizza. Threw it out immediately .I made a complaint with the hotline and I was never contacted back. Nobody cares. Do not go to this location. Something is wrong. Like this cannot be the same product sold at other locations.

Went to pick up my order gave me the wrong order then I corrected the order for the employee ask for the manager says she was the manager asked for my sauce that I pay for it to be filled up all the way she said I have to buy another sauce, ma’am you didn’t fill my sauce at alldo better.

Terrible customer service, you need people upfront who are courteous and have some common sense. Also, it is not ok to demand a tip from a customer who drove to your establishment to pick up an order they made online!!! A pizza maker and a cashier are not waiters or drivers, they should be getting paid enough from the business owner. They don't need to expect or demand a tip on a pickup order. Absolutely shameful, never again!

I went in to a full restaurant on personal pizza Tuesday. I watched so many orders come out yet they still managed to get me and everyone else there our food in a timely manner. Busy or not, every time I walk in, they warmly greet me by name. So glad to eat here.
This was the most pitiful and sad looking pizza I've ever seen. I hope Pizza Hit makes it right by refunding. I should have checked them before I left but it was for a birthday party. Corporate and pissedconsumer.com has received my review.

If Zero was an option it would be too high of a rating. A simple early order for two pizzas on the app to a residence less than 2.5 miles from this office ended with app updates. It was out for delivery, it was almost there, it was ‘Time to Eat’…..but there was no delivery. There was no food to eat. I called the local number, I was greeted by an angry lady in a call center who really didn’t give a damn about my pizza, but her attitude was indicative of someone who hated life. No solution.
Second call, lady who I explained the dilemma to, also in a call center, also unable to help.
15 minutes later with angry kids waiting on their food 3rd call center rep…very nice man who had no ability to connect me to the local store but could give me the number….same number 744-6666 that I had called 3x prior so I informed him that would get me right back to them.
What a pitiful customer service experience without any escalation or communication and obviously not much effort on the front end either. Bye the hut.
