Had not eaten at PH in over a decade because it was circling the drain and there are so many other options. Got a pie delivered tonight and it was GOOD. Not just ok or passable but good enough to order again. Ikr? I could hardly believe it myself. Delivery was quick, the pie was hot, and the price was right. Well done, PH. Welcome back.*Because we were so impressed, a week later we thought let's give PH another go. Ordered the exact same pie. Had it been cooked properly, it would have been phenomenal but the crust was raw dough. Not good.*

Ordered 3 personal pan pizzas two with extra toppings one was ok the other two did not have any of the extra toppings that I paid for and the pizzas were under cooked this is the first time I have had an issue with this pizza hut I have been here numerous times seemed like there were too many people in the prep area and the girl that took my order was very confused from the beginning, I'll try them one more time hope they do better the next time.....

They are brazenly cutting their costs by making a pizza where 1/3 of the pie is nothing but crust. Or, in the alternative, the pizza makers just don't care.

The staff was helpful and friendly, and the service was excellent.
Very happy with the level of service at the Pizza Hut location on Genito Rd, Midlothian, VA. We order at least 1xweek using the mobile app which makes it easy to order on the go. Everyone in store is friendly and they know me now so my order is in my hands before I walk fully through the door!

They put an incorrect address on the order and when I called to complain they sent out the old pizza. Two days later and I’m still sick from what I will graciously call food poisoning. Avoid at all cost.

I had my pizza delivered yesterday by Uber eats last night. The food was hot arrived on time, The htt crust was good too.However something was extremely off with the pizza. The htt crust was good too. I ate 2 slices of a medium pizza and cheese stick. I just couldn't bare to eat the rest because of the cheese.The cheese had a weird texture. It almost tasted like a powdered cheese. It was breaking apart, No cheese pull and it didn't taste like or feel like regular cheese. So disappointed because I WAS craving pizza with bread sticks. Pizza Hut used to be my favorite place not anymore.

Sorry to say but this was the worst Pizza ? Hut Pizza ever.... it was doughy I even baked it more.... but again sorry to say it just wasn't cooked enough. I like Pizza ? Hut but I will go to a different one in the future ....!!
